The Chain of Custody is considered a fundamental element in criminal proceedings, since it depends on the validity that the judge comes. The Judicial Police, the Prosecutor's Office and all those responsible for the chain of custody must carry out their duties without any negligence, so that they are not involved in responsibilities that may be administrative, civil and even criminal. This study focuses on analyzing the elements to be taken into account in the management of the chain of custody in the Ecuadorian criminal process that guarantee the validity of the evidence. Objective: To demonstrate the positive impact of the cost system for processes in the productive chain of asparagus in agro-export companies, this given the need to know, in a reliable way, their costs and that this, in turn, allows them to improve the taking of decisions. Method: The research was descriptive and the research design was nonexperimental. For our analysis, the case study was applied to the company Vivadis Perú S.A.C., a company dedicated to the agro-export of asparagus. This research evaluates the relationship of social capital with the integration of processes in the supply chain management in companies of the real sector in Colombia, mediated by their organizational size and the uncertainty of the environment. For this purpose, 232 companies associated to the real sector in Colombia were surveyed and with the information obtained, multivariate analysis of structural equations was made with the SPSS and AMOS tools. As a result, there is a significant direct relationship between social capital and the integration of processes in the supply chain management, thus social capital was identified as a fundamental determinant in efforts to integrate the supply chain, unlike the mediating variables analyzed (size and uncertainty of the environment).

The aim of this study was to optimize the content of EPA and DHA in the process of enzymatic acidolysis of canola oil and concentrated of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFA) in structured triacylglycerols (TAGs). For this purpose, nonspecific lipase B from Candida antarctica immobilized in a supercritical CO2 was used. Crude salmon oil obtained from the industrial byproducts was used to obtain LCPUFA concentrate. Initially, a LCPUFAs concentrate was obtained by basic hydrolysis and posterior complexation with urea. Subsequently the process variables were optimized enzymatic acidolysis were optimized using a central composite rotational design 25-1 + star, with 5 factors and 30 experimental trials, based on the response surface methodology. This paper shows an optimized supply chain of a small-medium enterprise (SME) printing company. The methodology used was divided into two phases: phase I: identification of the current scenario and input analysis, and Phase II: implementation of the model with the application of Python, in which results were obtained from the optimization of the production plan, inventory plan, sales, plan and maintenance plan. With the validation of the software, a maximization was obtained with a profit of $58,113 per year. In addition to the modeling, it is possible to find the number of products to be produced in the following months of the year; that is to say, it is possible to foresee the number of inputs necessary to supply the company's demand.

In current supply chains, the use of AIDC technologies allows the information that flows to be standardized and reliable, as well as obtaining a series of advantages related to saving time and costs. In Cuba, the use of these technologies is not regulated by national laws and most companies do not use them, considering ignorance of their effectiveness as the cause. This article analyzes AIDC technologies: specifically, bar code systems and radio frequency systems, their operation and benefits of their use in supply chains. Based on the existing need, a tool was designed based on a procedure that establishes a guide for the selection of technologies to be implemented in logistics processes. The tool designed is used for Case Studies to know its application and mode of use.
