Objective: To demonstrate the positive impact of the cost system for processes in the productive chain of asparagus in agro-export companies, this given the need to know, in a reliable way, their costs and that this, in turn, allows them to improve the taking of decisions. Method: The research was descriptive and the research design was nonexperimental. For our analysis, the case study was applied to the company Vivadis Perú S.A.C., a company dedicated to the agro-export of asparagus. Results: The process costs system, applied to the asparagus production chain, allowed to determine more precisely the costs that are managed by materials and labor in each of the stages of the asparagus production process compared to a system of costing managed in an empirical way whose data are very general. The aim of this paper is to identify the impact of the application of lean tools in the pharmaceutical supply chain (PSC) through a literature review. Supply chain inefficiencies before and during the COVID 19 pandemic, most applied tools, and lean improvements found in the PSC are identified. Databases such as Scopus and Proquest were used to collect the peer-reviewed articles to be studied. Results show the most frequent inefficiencies in the supply chain are found in operating costs, scrap rates, delivery times, and drug shortages. The improvements identified can be summarized in three factors: cost reduction, time reduction, and improvement in the management of activities. The most studied tools are Kaizen, Kanban, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). The purpose of the research was to offer a comprehensive analysis of disruptive technologies in supply chain and logistics. The study was carried out through a documentary and bibliographic approach, using a systematic review as a methodology. The PRISMA diagram was used to select the sample, composed of articles indexed in the Scopus database. Specific inclusion criteria were applied, selecting relevant articles published between 2020 and 2024 in any language and using any methodology, with open access. Those that only provided abstracts, duplicates, or were not aligned with the research objective were excluded. After this process, 25 publications were selected for analysis. The research presents evidence of the intensive use of chemical pesticides along the links of the value chain of rocoto from the province of Oxapampa (Pasco Region) to the mercado de Lima. The value chain approach was used to analyze the production and supply of rocoto to Metropolitan Lima. The information gathering techniques were formal interviews, observation and review of current regulations on the use of pesticides. Oxapampa is the main supplier of fresh hot pepper to Metropolitan Lima. The results showed that all producers used chemical pesticides at harvest and postharvest, representing 22% of production costs. In the commercialization, the gatherers applied fungicides before sending the fresh rocoto to the Lima market. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer la mejora de la Cadena de Abastecimiento mediante la modelación de Supply Chain Management con Balanced Scorecard en una empresa Distribuidora de bebidas no alcohólicas en Chimbote. Se ha analizado la situación actual de la Cadena de Abastecimiento de la empresa con los datos del año 2015. Se ha diagnosticado los actuales costos de inventarios en la empresa. Se ha diseñado e implementado Supply Chain Management con Balanced Scorecard para la Cadena de Abastecimiento de la empresa. Se evaluó el impacto de la propuesta efectuada en el año 2016 en la reducción de costos de inventario y la mejora de la Cadena de Abastecimiento SCM con Balanced Scorecard de la empresa Distribuidora de bebidas no alcohólicas en Chimbote. Se demostró una reducción de costos en las operaciones logísticas.
