Sin embargo, se enfrentan a diversos problemas como variación de la demanda, demoras en la entrega de pedidos y a tener que ofrecer productos de alta calidad rápidamente a bajo costo. Las Pymes representan un 95% de las empresas por lo que es necesario la implementación de herramientas lean. En el presente estudio las metodologías propuestas fueron desarrolladas y se simularon los procesos de inventarios para disminuir desperdicios y reducir costos.

La industria de construcción ha experimentado a través de los años un problema preocupante el cual es el incremento de accidentes de trabajo. Picking is a basic process within warehouse management, comprising the activities carried out since the order is received until the products are located in the warehouse and are ready for dispatch. The objective of this study was to optimize the productivity of the picking process in a Peruvian food company. For this purpose, a pre-test and post-test methodology was designed with a qualitative and descriptive approach in order to suggest an innovative proposal. Lean Warehousing techniques, such as 5s and Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) were utilized, as well as an inventory record automation model and ADKAR, a change management model. The demand for footwear in Peru has increased significantly in recent years even though domestic production has decreased, on the other hand, it has been shown that imports have grown substantially. This shows that the domestic sector has difficulties in offering good quality products, which is directly related to low productivity and lack of innovation. In this sense, an integral Lean-SLP model is proposed based on the combination of tools such as total redesign of facilities, 5s, process standardization, work design, and Jidoka to improve the current productivity of 0.56 generated by deficient and non-standardized processes. Small and medium-sized companies in the textile sector have deficiencies in the production area. It happened because they do not have a standardized process and adequate machine maintenance management. For this reason, analyzing the initial diagnosis of an SME company dedicated to textile printing presented problems in design and printing. Based on this, this research developed a proposed model to reduce the return rate, improve work areas' organization, and optimize delivery times. The production model is developed based on the Lean BPM (Business Process Management) and TPM (Total Productive Management) tools through a 5s continuous improvement approach. El sector salud tiene un impacto económico relevante en el Perú, cuyo principal problema es la satisfacción del cliente, siendo las principales causas los altos tiempos de espera y la falta de orden y limpieza. Por lo tanto, este estudio propone un modelo de mejora enfocado en este indicador que constará de 3 herramientas que solucionarán las causas raíz, las cuales son 5s, trabajo estandarizado y SMED. The present research focused on measuring the level of efficiency based on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and TPM. Relevant data for the research were collected before and after the implementation to identify problems and design solutions based on Smed, Standardized Work and TPM. First, a root cause analysis was performed with the problem tree tool, where problems such as long set up stoppages, breakdowns, lack of maintenance, lack of training of the production team, among others, were identified. Therefore, a solution proposal was implemented based on the methodologies, which improved the efficiency level from 50% to 79.3%. However, there are problems within logistics that are detrimental to customer satisfaction; the objective of companies is to deliver orders on time and minimize economic losses. That said, in this research, the problem that generates the greatest economic losses is the high percentage of unfulfilled orders. To address it, it is proposed to reduce this gap through a model based on Lean methodology, using methodologies such as 5S, ABC and Kanban, which allows improving the indicators.
