Throughout its vital cycle the family is exposed to critical situations which menace its stability. Handling and outcoming this crisis depend on a series of factors which form the family CONTEXT (parents personal data, influence of source families, personality, instruction, etc.). Critical situations must not be assumed as negative ones but as circumstance that give people the opportunity to discover or rediscover their resource ad adaptation ability. A systemic perspective for a School of normal parents with deaf children is presented.

In 2014, through Ruling No. 00139-2013-PA/TC, the Constitutional Court (hereinafter, Court) established a constitutional precedent whereby gender is animmutable element and, consequently, it is not possible to request any amendment of data in identity documents. In addition, the Court based its reasoning on the idea that any alteration of identity following that criterion should be construed as a “disorder and/or pathology”. The most important advance for global of control cervical cancer is the emergence of prophylactic vaccines against human papillomavirus (HPV) 16 and 18. A new phase starts that changes cervical cancer prevention and control paradigms, whose impact in the reduction in incidence and mortality will be observed by many of us in the next 20 years. The main challenge will be to establish an organized social response according to our physical infrastructure and human resources, our finantial factibility to implement the new technologies in the people and very importantly to consider the need of education and health promotion according to local and regional needs; all this to guarantee one of the main health rights, equity of access to all our population.

The sleep as a physiological state, is essential for human life and the processes of sleep and learning are essential for the consolidation of memory. This document aims to present a brief review about sleep and its relationship with learning, from the perspective of neuroscience. The first part of the paper provides a description of the stages of sleep and which are the brain structures involved in controlling them. The present article sustains the importance and validity that have both the meaning of life, as a central concept of logotherapy and happiness, as an emerging topic of the positive psychology in the social scenary of COVID-19. Since these constructs can be linked in the fields of clinic and social psychology, it is necessary to provide a revision of their theoretical foundations withempiric evidences to clarify its characteristics and divergencies to the scientific community. This process is essential because the existential void, a widespread and visible phenomenon in our society, can be seen as a behavior with the loss of personal values and the emergence of inauthenticity. Therefore, the pursuit of pleasurable emotions has become a reason for beinghappy.

This article discusses the possibility of human freedom in relation to its existential counterpart: states the limits where the person limits (neurosis, mental disorders, “somatógenas” conditions) with an integrated look, spacious and cozy regarding restriction states of freedom as possible, necessary and fully human. Regarding authors such as N. Hartmann, V. Frankl, F. Perls, S. Kierkegaard, M. Scheler, K. Jaspers, E. Martinez, K. Dabrowski, among others, in relation to the concepts of freedom and states of restriction of freedom and responsibility. Starting from this integrated vision of existence, it pretends to open up possibilities for work-oriented psychotherapeutic acceptance of what exists in the here and now, both the emotional as the experience and situation, for a fully human existence as possible.

This paper examines inequality in educational outcomes in Peru through a spatial approach. Cluster analysis and spatial statistics were applied for the years 2007 and 2016. The results, based on the selected educational indicators, show that the country’s departments are grouped into at least four clusters, with little variation over time. In other words, departments with strong or weak performance in both the quality and quantity of education tend to remain largely unchanged from one year to the next. Although the data reflect realities prior to the pandemic, the findings provide a useful foundation for future research on progress in reducing educational inequality. In this context, sectoral policy should be implemented in ways that promote vertical equity and prioritize the regionalized and decentralized allocation of resources.
