Peruvian retail market today, more than ever, has turned the phrase “everything goes through the eyes” into a competitive tool. The design and optimization of space, as well as visual merchandising, are techniques that impact the sale new concepts such as omnicanality and buying experience are fed by data analytics in order to describe the commercial mode; and new qualitative sources of information, among them color theory, specially help to understand and predict the impact of future decisions on the point of sale. This paper describes the utility of image processing techniques to innovate the retail market in the effort to extract useful information from advertising pieces frequently used in this sector.

Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.

Esta investigación se centra en la implementación de la reingeniería del proceso de medición de los Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) importados por un centro de distribución de una empresa especializada en la venta de productos para la mejora del hogar y materiales de construcción. Para identificar los factores que influyen en el proceso y optimizarlo, se realizó un estudio de tiempos y movimientos del proceso utilizando la herramienta conocida como diagrama de espagueti. Como resultado, se incrementó la productividad y disminuyeron los tiempos muertos, lo que permitió medir en menos tiempo el universo de SKU. El estudio también condujo a la configuración del sistema utilizando datos correctos, lo que facilitó la operación dentro del almacén.

Software development involves a high volume of data transfer between web-based applications and the end-user; this requires implementing them using new web technologies. This work contributes to developing a web-based application to improve the process management of the security company UNICEPRI, integrating suitable elements such as the Laravel frameworks for the backend and VueJs for the frontend, and the database manager MariaDB. The Model-View-Controller approach reduces memory resource usage, browsing time, and data recovery by reusing components and partially loading the website, gaining flexibility, and communicating with other applications and hardware. This article seeks to be a source of knowledge and help students and teachers, from the synthesis of the personal college student’s experience in developing their learning to the teaching of natural sciences at the secondary level. The objective of this study was to evaluate the perfomance of the process of lamination of the endosperm of corn in an agricultural company by means of the capability indices of processes, (PCI), low two focuses: traditional and bayesian. Both PCI was evaluated with simulated data under different suppositions. To the real case the results obtained by the bayesian PCI were Ĉb (D) = 0,81, while the traditional was Ĉp = 0,46 and Ĉpk = 0,81. It is concluded that the process of lamination is not capable. With regard to the simulated data, the results correspond to 100 samples of size 50, under three conditions: 1) the process is capable, centered and normal distributed. 2) It not process capable, not centered and normal. 3) The process is lightly capable, not centered and normal. This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

This article discusses issues that are exposed in the theoretical framework of the thesis entitled The Specific Poetics of Childhood of Veloz Niño del Cielo, Veloz Niña del Alba, work presented to choose the master’s degree in Creative Writing. In the text, the objective is the definition of the concept “poetic” based on the meanings it adopts in literary studies (theoretical, prescriptive and creative) until arriving at the integral sense that will be attributed to it in the thesis: the unveiling of the creative process of the author from a critical reconstruction of that one by an interpretant and/or framed in the creator’s own voice. To clarify this concept, we first analyze the convergences between poetics, understood as an activity, and two sieves of meaning: the modern poetry and the post-avantgarde aesthetics.

This article addresses the relationship between the Process and the Constitution. For this purpose, it is explained what is the object of study of the Procedural Law, and which is the litigation model adopted in article 139 of the Peruvian Constitution, why this model is about a system with its own autonomy and substantivity and not about a subsystem, and how Civil Law and Common Law converging in this model. Furthermore, the author establishes, based on the Constitution, the reason why the existing procedural guarantees in our legal system do not imply a “right to a right decision”, but only the right to a fair process, and explains the difference between “fair process” and “justice” or “judicial truth”.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the power of communicative interaction in virtual communities, in the case of the virtual community of Facebook Ni Una Menos: Movilización Nacional Ya, from the paradigm of communication for social change. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology was applied, which consisted of field work composed of in-depth interviews with 15 members of the Facebook group, as well as the analysis of virtual contents. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to observe how the characteristics of the group, created for activism, led to the sensitive disclosure of testimonies on the web portal, around which a virtual community of support was articulated.
