Esta investigación identificó y analizó los recursos comunicacionales que abordan el delito de la trata de personas -sus discursos y características- para utilizarlas en procesos de visibilidad y reconocimiento público que permitan aumentar el conocimiento de dicho delito y modificar la percepción de las víctimas en la población de Puerto Maldonado. Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. For the statistical analysis, Chi-Square test of independence was used, Odds ratio (OR) estimation and p < 0.05 were performed. Results. Project preparation process in 53.3 % (32) was adequate. This research sought to contribute to the knowledge of the differences in the level of development of neuropsychological factors and cognitive processes in children with and without writing difficulties. Similarly, we wanted to see if there was an association between neuropsychological factors and processes involved in writing. Descriptive design was causal comparative, examining 80 children in third through sixth grade, studying in state schools of Callao using EPRE Test (Velarde, Canales, Melendez & Lingán, 2014), Child Neuropsychological Diagnostic Test Luria-DNI Test and Wechsler intelligence: WISC-IV. This article aims to provide some initial notes in order to establish the suitability of applying the so-called «theory of the evidentiary dynamic loads» in the Peruvian civil process. This theory which provides a means to make more flexible, by way of exception, the rigidity of the general rule of distribution of burden of proof contained in article 196 of the Code of Civil Procedure, constitutes a contribution of the Argentine procedural doctrine to the general theory of the test and that despite not being regulated normatively, has been already received in various fields of our national law. In this line, then established the suitability of adoption at national headquarters, proposes a regulatory text for inclusion in the Peruvian civil procedural law.

El presente artículo analiza el impacto de las Tertulias Pedagógicas Dialógicas (TPD) como práctica educativa de éxito en un contexto universitario, favoreciendo así otras formas de aprender alejadas de las clases magistrales. Durante cuatro cursos académicos se ha analizado el desarrollo de las intervenciones de 87 estudiantes de tercer curso del grado de Educación Social. Por un lado, se diseñó un cuestionario, cuyos datos se analizaron de forma cuantitativa y, por otro lado, se llevó a cabo un análisis cualitativo de los relatos de los estudiantes en las sesiones de TPD y de entrevistas en profundidad, estableciéndose cuatro categorías de análisis. The objective of this study is to identify irrational beliefs and automatic thoughts in a couple relationship attended in a Psychological Services Center of a National University of Lima and provide knowledge of the psychodiagnostic process from the cognitive - behavioral approach. The couple is made up of a 23-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman. The History Opening Cards were applied; the Psychological Cognitive Behavioral History; Record of Opinions Form A, adapted by Percy Guzmán (2009) [10] and Inventory of Automatic Thoughts, adapted by Ruiz and Luján (1991) [8].
