El tratamiento de la fístula anal compleja es un reto quirúrgico debido al riesgo de lesión de los esfínteres con la posibilidad de desarrollar incontinencia fecal. Existen muchas técnicas para el tratamiento de las fístulas anales como fistulotomía, fistulectomía, sedales, colgajo de avance endorectal y cola de fibrina, con diferentes tasas de recurrencia e incontinencia fecal. Desde el 2006 se utiliza el tapón biológico Surgisis® AFP que produce el cierre de la fístula en aproximadamente 12 semanas, sin cirugía, por reemplazo del trayecto fistuloso por células del paciente, teniendo al parecer ventajas sobre las demás técnicas. Objetivo: Comprender las características clínico epidemiológicas de las fistulas anales en el servicio de consultorio externo de cirugía general, del Hospital de la amistad Perú Corea Santa Rosa II-2 Piura, en el periodo 2014-2018. We present a classification of irregular singular points and infinity of second-order linear differential equations; Furthermore, we show some Wronskian results of the solutions and their derivatives for those equations. We use the bibliographic reference of Butkov and Krantz for the development of the theoretical framework, Sabbah focuses the case on complex manifolds and Scardua-León on second and third order differential equations. To achieve the results we repeatedly use the inductive-deductive method and the handling of the indices for the series.

Uno de los principales efectos de la globalización del comercio internacional de mercancías es su cada vez más compleja gama de interrelaciones entre diversas variables relevantes, las cuales no son fácilmente identificables. Se plantea un modelo prospectivo basado en el seguimiento estratégico del comercio internacional de las variables relevantes identificadas: exportaciones peruanas de harina de pescado, comercio internacional de harina de pescado, comercio internacional de alimentos balanceados para animales y exportaciones chinas de langostinos. El periodo de análisis (2006 – 2009) también ha sido elegido por ser uno de los más turbulentos y complicados en años recientes.

Obesity is a chronic multifactorial disease that has reached global epidemic proportions, representing a complex medical condition with serious social and psychological consequences. The excess of visceral adiposity is associated with a plethora of metabolic dysfunctions (insulin resistance, atherogenic dyslipidemia, hypertension, decreased fibrinolysis, increased risk of thrombosis, endothelial inflammation) that increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. The strategies proposed for the correct therapeutic approach must be in accordance with the severity of overweight, the presence of chronic coexisting diseases and the functional limitations of each individual.

Cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) is a rare type of ectopic pregnancy that should be diagnosed early in order to seek the best therapeutic option. We present a case of CSP initially misdiagnosed as a non-viable pregnancy that undergone curettage. Patient was referred to our institution where conservative medical management with methotrexate failed, and the only option was surgical resection of CSP. CSP should be suspected and diagnosed as early as possible. In low-income countries the prevention of massive blood loss along with serious maternal morbidity should be priorized. The use of minimally invasive approach should be planned as a first-line treatment over medical management.

Objective: To explore patients undergoing complex assisted reproductive technologies’ (ART) opinions on both gamete and embryo donation, as well as the reasons to do it or not. Design: Cross-sectional study of descriptive bioethics, with ethnographic qualitative methodology using a semi-structured interview, applying speech analysis to the resulting written transcript. The objective of this study was to develop a proposal for the National Forest and Wildlife Plan as a contribution to the mandate established in Law No. 29763. For this purpose, a qualitative descriptive method was used where a socio-economic, environmental diagnosis has been made and budgetary-institutional sector, to then be compared with global trends set by FAO.
