The article aims to describe how methodologies generally used in the private sector can be applied to optimize state programs, and more specifically, school feeding programs (PAE, according to its initials in Spanish). Therefore, to achieve its objectives and, above all, to generate value, both for the users of the programs and for Peruvian society, it is essential that the management of the PAE is developed efficiently. To contribute to this task, the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Stakeholder Analysis of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) are presented from a theoretical application approach, and both methodologies can be adapted or applied directly according to the specificities of the organization.

The objective of the research was to propose an adaptive system for traffic signalized intersections in the city of Jaén, based on algorithms and program execution. The design of the study was quantitative and experimental. Therefore, field data and primary sources were collected and analyzed to later build algorithms using the Knowlegde Discovery Databases methodology, going on to create an information base, train and validate with prediction algorithms the models that included selected variables, then predict times, which classify to a level of service; and finish with the development of a program using Visual Studio compatible with the generated algorithms, all this bearing in mind the Webster method and Highway Capacity Manual. More than 45 years of IEP/TP research and a few focused on IEP/TP functions or roles. Yet, the quality of an IEP/TP relies on the functions that it fulfills to satisfy the needs of its different users (Petitdemange,1985). The Quebec Ministry of Education (MEQ, 2004) and the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services within the U.S. Department of Education (in Eichler, 1999) explicitly identified and described six to seven IEP/TP functions. However, a literature review and practising environments highlighted a greater number of functions. The goal of this research is to identify the different functions that an IEP/TP should fulfill in regard to the different needs of its diverse users. The objective of this study was to develop an index of vulnerability of alpaca herders (VAH), based on the adaptive capacity index (ACI) and sensitivity (SI) to climate change herders. The study was carried out in 2014 obtaining information from 17 alpaca farms from five annexes of the Sallca Santa Ana Peasant Community (SSAPC), Huancavelica, Peru. A conceptual model of ACI and SI was generated, assigning weights and function values to sources and attributes. The present study aims to validate the Global Perceived Stress Scale on a Peruvian college students sample, involving young scholars of a state-funded program. The adaptation process involved a double translation from the original version, a linguistic comparison using the scales adapted in Chile and Mexico, and judgement criteria, as well as a pilot test. Participants were 332 college scholarship students. Results with the Confirmed Factorial Analysis confirmed the bifactorial model of the EPGE-13. Moreover, convergent and divergent validity was done with the SPANAS test. In this article it's saying that treatment of youth violence in our context is, generally, of diagnosis kind, except some applications in minor scale. But now we have a behavioural technology developed for this in other countries, with exitous proofs adapted and maked to our reality. The functional analysis implicated in this technology is embracing they antecedent, present and consequent dimensions of aggressive episode, for identification of risk factors and postulating the corrective actions. I suggest that behavioural programs are systematic interventions and they have solid empirical dales. They are powerful alternatives for integrating commentary strategies in conjunction with experts.

The phenomenon of the Glass Ceiling, which refers to the invisible barriers that hinder women's access to high-ranking positions, raises a series of implications related to gender discrimination, which need to be analyzed in the academic field. In this sense, this article adapts the Career Path Survey to Spanish in order to evaluate the dimensions of the Glass Ceiling in the organizational environment. It also analyzes the salary gap and the challenges posed by the existence of the Glass Ceiling phenomenon. Through this study it was possible to calculate the reliability of the 38-item scale after adapting it to Spanish. In addition, the results of the study improve the level of understanding of the obstacles faced by women in the workplace and provide recommendations for future research and intervention programs.
