Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. The literature consulted shows that theorizations on social innovation, recommend cultivating relational capital and theories and models PR provide methods and techniques to reliably achieve said capital. This paper sets out to analyze some new rules of the New Criminal Procedure Code linked with the regulation of the civil action exercise in the criminal proceeding. The author indicates that the civil liability that is required in the criminal proceeding does not derivate from a commission of a crime: the crime has the penalty as a consequence and the civil wrong a civil penalty. The civil actor has to be interested on the existence of a damage, not that the fact that it is based on be a crime. An erroneous understanding of this issue caused that the civil action were conditioned to an emission of a condemnatory resolution due to the civil action is not accessory of the penalty. RESUMEN En el Asentamiento Humano “Las Torres de San Borja”, ubicado en el distrito de Moche, se realizó un proyecto de Responsabilidad Social denominado “Escuela Sabatina”; el cual tuvo el propósito de que los estudiantes desde el nivel inicial hasta el nivel secundario asistan a todas las clases para que de esta manera complementen su proceso de aprendizaje llevado a lo largo de la semana, además de ayudar en su formación personal y formándolos para que sean capaces de aportar con acciones positivas dentro de su comunidad. By means of this article we will analyze the usefulness of the labor agreement and the job description in the performance evaluation process, so as to integrate the tools provided by the Human Resources discipline and the Labor Law dispositions. This article addresses the steps that must be taken into consideration in order to penalize employees that breach their labor obligations. This includes the implementation of an action plan and the final decision of the dismissal of an employee. For these purposes, we will explain the significance of the labor dispositions related to serious mistakes.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the power of communicative interaction in virtual communities, in the case of the virtual community of Facebook Ni Una Menos: Movilización Nacional Ya, from the paradigm of communication for social change. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology was applied, which consisted of field work composed of in-depth interviews with 15 members of the Facebook group, as well as the analysis of virtual contents. Este ensayo analiza las opciones y prioridad que tiene el proceso de integración económica de los países latinoamericanos. Se afirma que el modelo de sustitución de importaciones –vigente en la región durante décadas- hizo crecer una industria orientada hacia el mercado interno. En el mediano plazo, este modelo ocasionó un estancamiento que se intenta superar a través de la integración comercial y económica. Sin embargo, la formación de bloques sub-regionales servirá para estimular el crecimiento sólo si no da la espalda al contexto internacional. La integración sub-regional no debe ser contraria a la globalización. Asimismo, debe orientarse hacia una creciente coordinación de políticas macroeconómicas generales.

In this article we intend to outline some ideas to understand what is and what is the importance of procedural claim must refer to the law ofaction. The right ofaction becomes that faculty which has all legal subject, in its various manifestations, as designed, individual, collective person and unregistered organizations, of being brought before the court in search of effective judicial protection. Law which allows us, in case of a legal dispute or legal uncertainty, have recourse to a State organ for by the Judges who administer justice, we resolve such disputes.

The aim of this paper is to propose, through a study of tragedy, an ethical reconfiguration of communal life that enables us to move beyond the typical modern dichotomies, notably the division between subject and object. Rendering the tragic process explicit necessarily leads to a shared, affective, and unplanned point with the aim of reformulating the very rationality of the unilateral history determined under a normative field. Following the conceptual developments, I intend to establish a connection between the themes of tragedy and history in Hegel from the perspective of a theory of action.

This article analyzes the Organic Law on Higher Education of Ecuador with regards to the links and the aspects that force the Higher Education Institutions to act on the expectations and needs of the community, considering the national planning, the development regime, the worldwide scientific, humanistic and technological improvement, and the cultural diversity in the country. The importance of the relation with the community is described and it is highlighted as the strongest indicator of universities categorization at the present time. For that effect, some ideas are provided on how a comprehensive working model should be structured for effective linkage among the university, business and community, using as reference the Academic Unit of Business Science.
