This research work studies the process of changing the name and sex of LGTBIQ people (acronym formed by the initials of the words lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual, intersexual, and queer), who have historically been discriminated against and violated in their human rights of access to justice and recognition of legal personality concerning their sexual orientation and gender identity. For its development, doctrine, legislation, and jurisprudence were analyzed to propose a judicial and legislative reform that establishes the parameters for the integral adequacy of self-perceived gender identity.

This essay analyzes the regulation of the simplified and virtual process of child support for children and adolescents during the state of health emergency by COVID-19 approved by the Executive Council of the Judiciary of Peru, through Administrative Resolution No. 167-2020-CE-PJ, June 4, 2020, to make effective access to justice for this vulnerable group.

In the lexicon there are stored and processed a huge number of words. Taking into account the limited capacities of the brain, it is only possible this store because of the economical structure of the lexicon. On the research of the lexical structure stands out from three decades the study of the role played by morphology. A number of investigations, with and without brain damaged subjects, have shown that morphology plays an important role on the lexical access, although its role is still not very well know. In this study we make a deep revision of the main researches concerning the role of morphology, and discuss the results on the light of the different models proposed.

Among the fundamental values of the child protection system, apart from the right to non-discrimination, the right to life and the best interests of the child is the right to child participation in the judicial process; however, this right has not been implemented concretely and adequately to guarantee its effectiveness. In this article, we will examine this right in the legal system and the various normative dispositions that regulate it and identify some issues that highlight the guarantees that should exist for it to be effective. Based on this, we will propose procedural measures to guarantee this right of participation and the full protection of the rights recognized in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, trying to ensure that the intervention is the least harmful as possible, depending on what the circumstances require.

Este artículo presenta una técnica para mejorar el proceso de diseño industrial de transistores de microondas, basado en un diseño de experimentos mejorado (DOE) y un modelado electrotérmico (MET) expandido. Se estima que, a la llegada de los españoles, la población del altiplano era de un millón de personas, es decir, aproximadamente la misma que hoy. La diferencia es que en esa época los problemas básicos de empleo, disponibilidad y acceso a la alimentación estaban esencialmente cubiertos. El proceso histórico de este espacio, luego de miles de años de desarrollo autónomo, estuvo marcado por el abandono y gradual destrucción de conocimientos y tecnologías forjadas para responder a sus particulares retos, significó el desplazamiento y marginación de las especies agrícolas y pecuarias nativas y la deforestación del altiplano, llevando a agudizar su adversidad climática.

In the field of databases, the lack of traceability of transactions or operations in a database is vital to respond to incidents that may originate within them, such as the alteration of unauthorized information. This article proposes an auditing model to mitigate risk using Oracle's object and transaction auditing approach. Finally, a laboratory was implemented in which the proposed model was deployed, ensuring the information's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

This paper discusses the pricing of arithmetic Asian options when the underlying stock follows the constant elasticity of variance (CEV) process. We build a binomial tree method to estimate the CEV process and use it to price arithmetic Asian options. We find that the binomial tree method for the lognormal case can effectively solve the computational problems arising from the inherent complexities of arithmetic Asian options when the stock price follows CEV process. We present numerical results to demonstrate the validity and the convergence of the approach for the different parameter values set in CEV process.
