La generación de casos de prueba unitarios es una tarea importante en las pruebas de software, ya que permite detectar errores de manera temprana; sin embargo, es un proceso que demanda mucho tiempo y esfuerzo. Las primeras propuestas para abordar este problema aplican enfoques tradicionales que se basan en aleatoriedad, [1] y búsquedas [2]. Recientemente, ha surgido una nueva línea de investigación que explora el uso de Modelos de Lenguaje Grande (LLM por sus siglas en inglés) para la generación de pruebas unitarias, como ChatUniTest [3] y LLMforTDD [4]. El presente trabajo de investigación versa sobre la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Fiscal RTF No. 10923-8-2011, conforme a la cual un contribuyente cuestionó la aplicación de la Norma VIII del Código Tributario (CT) por parte de la SUNAT al recalificar una operación de escisión de un bloque patrimonial conformado por inmuebles acordada por dos empresas de un mismo grupo empresarial por una operación de primera venta de inmueble, exigiéndose el pago de IR e IGV, así como multas aplicables. Al respecto, el Tribunal Fiscal resuelve declarando INFUNDADA la apelación y validando la aplicación de Norma VIII realizada por la SUNAT, sustentando ello en que conforme a una interpretación económica de la escisión acordada por las referidas empresas, se verificaba que dicho acuerdo de reorganización no cumplía ciertos “criterios” para ser considerada como tal. El concepto de funcionario público en el Perú, así como en Latinoamérica y Europa, ha generado un debate complejo debido a las diversas interpretaciones y la falta de consenso sobre quién debe ser considerado como tal. En el caso peruano, la jurisprudencia ha mostrado diferencias significativas entre la Corte Suprema y el Tribunal Constitucional sobre el alcance de esta figura, lo que ha resultado en una aplicación variable de la ley. Mientras que la Corte Suprema ha adoptado una visión más restrictiva, limitando la categoría a los funcionarios con cargos de carrera administrativa, el Tribunal Constitucional ha ampliado la definición para incluir a aquellos que ejercen funciones dentro del aparato estatal, independientemente de su vínculo contractual. After the arrival of the pandemic, not only the traditional forms of teaching-learning in schools changed, but also the violence, thus generating cyberbullying, in this regard, it is important to address what parents and teachers think about it. Thus, the objective is to know the social representations about cyberbullying in parents and teachers of a school in Lima in the context of pandemic. For this purpose, a qualitative research of reflexive thematic analysis design was carried out where 10 semi-structured interviews were applied to (5) teachers and (5) parents.
