The rice production includes the agriculture, productive, and distribution process. There are the need of the integral analysis, with the purpose of improve their efficient and competitively. In this contex are presented improvements that impact in the production and productivity in milling rice sited in Arequipa region. For that is making a productive process diagnostic, a benchmarking with the sector enterprises, and the introduction of more celan production concepts.

In this study the work of induction of microbial carbonate genesis was carried out in order to obtain an improvement in the consolidation of the materials used in construction such as mortars and paving stones, in order to confer them greater resistance and conservation. As a result of the tests carried out, it was found that the inclusion of a bacterial biomass culture formed by bacteria of the genus Bacillus sp., in the formulation of the mortar and paving stones, helped to increase the resistance to compression with Fc values. 266.3 kg/cm2 higher compared to the control of Fc 261.0 kg/cm2. Also, the state of aggregation of the particles improved remarkably, we observed that in the fragmentation tests the structures showed a geometrically more homogeneous grid, compared with the cobbles of the control test. The aim of this paper is to highlight the ductility of the legislative limit of the employer’s supervisory power. This is favoured by the use of abstract terms such as «reasonable and necessary». These terms are left to the employer to define and justify the application of labour inspection measures, such as video surveillance. The referred ductility allows the obtaining of evidence with violation of the fundamental right of the worker to the protection of personal data related to his dignity. Frequently, the evidence is relevant —especially when it relates to the imposition of disciplinary measures— and it is admitted into labour proceedings without any additional filter. Toxicity can have a major impact on player engagement and satisfaction. It is a complex phenomenon that has diverse causes and consequences. Among the most common causes are anonymity, competitiveness and frustration. The consequences can be serious, such as harassment, abandonment of the game and psychological damage. Gaming companies are working to find ways to address forms of toxicity on their platforms. One of the most common interactions with toxicity occurs in chat windows or in-game messaging systems. The proposed work is to pull some chat messages that occur in these "lobbies" or take them offline so that they can be categorized to determine if the player who wrote in the chat committed an infraction and depending on the category take action on the case.

The main objective of this research was to show the predictive model implementation effects adjusted to grinding process on the economic profitability of a rice milling company. In first instance, quality and production area database was used to model a multiple regression equation, using the “Step by Step” technique in Minitab 19, resulting in: Actual Performance = 0.001 + 0.9317Hest Analysis - 0.000339 Processed Sacks; Predictive R2 = 95.81% and PRESS = 47.5168; concluding that the model fits the process, it is significant and has good predictive capacity. The present study evaluated the removal of lignin from the rice husk, by means of steam explosion at different severity conditions. The process of lignin removal was evaluated as lignin Klason was performed in samples with pretreatment at pressures of 0.4; 0.6; 0.8 and 1.0 MPa, times of 6, 8, 10 and 12 minutes with a decompression of between 5 to 7 seconds; it is a lignin removal from 18.02 % up to 12.7 % at 1.0 MPa and 12 min compression, factor of 3.3 severity. En este estudio, se examinó el proceso de pilado de arroz, para aumentar la productividad. Este análisis implicó evaluar la situación actual de la empresa, donde se identificaron los indicadores relacionados con la productividad, producción y la eficiencia en el uso de la materia prima. La productividad global se estimó en 0,207 sacos de arroz pilado/soles. Se determinó las distintas etapas, utilizando un diagrama de análisis del proceso. Se identificó el cuello de botella, que era la etapa de secado, que se realiza de forma artesanal y requería un tiempo de 2,49 minutos/ sacos de arroz pilado; con una eficiencia física del 57,23%. El siguiente trabajo consiste en el diseño y producción de contenido para Shortcut, un canal multiplataforma de tutoriales de edición y animación digital, creado para difundir contenido técnico. Este incluye el diseño de la identidad visual de la marca y la producción del contenido, que comprende de videotutoriales para YouTube, gráficas para redes sociales y mini tutoriales para Reels y TikTok. El objetivo fue crear contenido de calidad, conciso y de corta duración, que pudiera brindar soluciones rápidas a problemas específicos. Finalmente, se presenta un apartado de las lecciones que fueron aprendidas en el transcurso de la implementación del proyecto.

El presente trabajo describe el proceso de realización del videoclip “Ojitos”, del compositor Gino Vásquez, desde nuestra experiencia en dirección y dirección de fotografía. La intención del proyecto fue crear una pieza audiovisual que represente una parte trascendental de la vida del artista musical mientras se espera el lanzamiento de su disco. Frente a la decisión de llevar a cabo el video musical en Cusco, tuvimos que diseñar una variedad de estrategias y planes para crear el proyecto de manera remota en primera instancia, y posteriormente, para ejecutar el plan en el lugar en un plazo de tiempo limitado. Aún con las limitaciones, se obtuvo un videoclip que cumplió las demandas estéticas del artista, basando las propuestas visuales y narrativas en las emociones que se buscaba transmitir.

En la investigación presentada, se explora el uso del video como herramienta de coevaluación potencial en el aula de lenguas adicionales. El objetivo principal es determinar el grado de éxito en la aplicación de un proceso de coevaluación a partir de la creación de un video sobre una recomendación literaria en el contexto de aprendizaje de catalán como lengua adicional en Chile. Para ello, a través de una metodología mixta, se presentan los resultados principales de dos encuestas realizadas al estudiantado y se analizan los resultados relacionados con la desviación estándar en las calificaciones y el grado de motivación expresado. Los resultados de investigación demuestran que el sistema de coevaluación es exitoso para el estudiantado, con algunas dificultades asociadas al grado de familiaridad del instrumento, así como de la tarea de evaluar a sus pares.
