This study aims to know how the training processes of practicing teachers contribute to the construction of beliefs about teaching at the university. Froma qualitative methodology with agrounded theory approach, professors from public and private universities were selected through theoretical sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data whichwere analytically coded. Among the results it was found that the teachers' beliefs come frominstitutional training of a normative typewhich emphasizes a functional teaching in didactic techniques, use of technology and innovation, excluding training in knowledge of the discipline they teach. This research sought to describe the teaching strategies used by teachers in the interaction processes of first grade students in two educational institutions in Lima. The technique used was, in the first place, observation, for which a field notebook and a checklist were used. Second, interviews were applied to teachers. Among the finds, the significance of the strategies employed, such as teamwork, dynamics of integration and assignment of roles in the modes of interaction of first grade students, was evidenced. Likewise, certain predominant attitudes were observed among some students, which evidenced the establishment of both horizontal and vertical interactions.

Research related to the teaching-learning process, for many years, has been a concern of teachers and researchers to transform the traditional role of the student as a spectator and of the teacher as the main actor. The work presented constitutes part of the research carried out by the authors in the search for proposals that transform the teaching-learning process of physics in pre-university education and their objective is to establish the foundations and recommendations for the use of projects as a method that encourages students to become protagonists of their own learning.

In this work, the aim was to delve into the employability skills developed by students in the Primary Education undergraduate study program, their relevance for their process of socio-labor insertion, as well as their global perception to face it. Health care is an institutionalized activity under the control of the State. Current public policy offers benefits limited to scientific progress and the use of technology for its potential to solve highly complex problems. However, in public hospitals, the distance between the discourse and the concretion of care is observed, whose epitome is human praxis. This work is the result of a research project of the Master’s and Doctoral Program in Medical, Dental and Health Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Uses the ethnographic method in the clinical context. Findings open the discussion on the scope and implications of how technology is used in the clinical context. Currently, the use of technology is a topic of research in the Department of History and Philosophy of Medicine of the UNAM, coordinated by Professor Alfredo Paulo Maya.

This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the realization of classes through virtual platforms and made the teacher evaluation, instead of positively reflecting the level of knowledge, evidenced a low performance of the students, in this case, of the Preparatory No. 7 of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Mexico. To explain this problem, qualitative research was carried out with descriptive and interpretative scope. 50 students were interviewed, and a structured questionnaire with ten open-ended questions was developed. The main results indicated that students perceive that traditional assessment does not reflect their knowledge, but incipient learning, stress and anxiety, so they suggested modifying the assessment process.

Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. This study analyzes the psychometric structure of the CAPE- R scale, which assesses the beliefs about the educational process in rural teachers; explores the teacher´s profile, and analyzes the significant differences between the beliefs according to sociodemographic variables. The sample included 150 rural teachers from Mendoza, Argentina. The exploratory factor analysis yielded a factorial structure made up of four factors that explained a 44.19% of the variance of responses to the test. Internal consistency coefficients ranged from .74 to .85. The data show a predominance of difficulties in the educational process dimension (M=2.83; DE=.69), the only dimension that reached a significant association with the educational level of the classes (F =4.77, p<.05).

Gamification is the use of game elements to promote motivation, increase participation, and enhance the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study was to develop a methodological strategy based on gamification to reinforce the teaching and learning process of the English language at the upper basic level of the Charapotó Educational Unit. A methodology with a socio-critical approach, a mixed approach, and a descriptive research type with a non-experimental design were used.
