The aspiration of state, ministerial and teacher institutions to achieve a school free of conflicts, quarrels and disruptions in Colombia is a challenge of yesteryear. In this way, behavioral regulation materializes historically through different texts (Carreño’s manual, catechisms, school regulations, to name a few), to the point of configuring the current manuals of coexistence, which seek in a procedural and instructional way to mitigate at all costs the violent demonstrations of the school. This research was developed to investigate how literary discourse rightly contributes to the knowledge of reality and allows the readers to develop their ideas about the context surrounding them or the production of artistic texts. It established the confi guration of culture and interculturality, the artistic contributions of the poetry of the Generation of 50 in the process of Peruvian reality from the perspective of literature through a critical and refl exive reading of theoretical texts, critical texts (metatexts), and artistic texts (the poetry of the Generation of 50). In this way, we see that literature becomes a means of artistic expression to display the author's intercultural competence and the interpretative capacity of the reader. A common theme among research on Amazonian indigenous economies has been the change of its 'traditional' character by processes of market insertion. The case of the Yánesha people, that inhabits the Palcazu valley, has not been the exception. In this space, the development of commercial livestock production and the establishment of three large protected natural areas have been followed by projects around environmental sustainability in the last 30 years. This article describes some aesthetic and pedagogical characteristics of theater companies working in the state of São Paulo and in the Brazilian capitals. Since 2018, a group of researchers has established, through networks, contact with hundreds of companies, in order to learn more about their history, creative processes, most significant theoretical references, important partnerships and the role of theater for them. This text sums up some of these results.

This article seeks to explain the problem of literacy in Peru (1); it focuses on the lack of information regarding how children learn or acquire writing skills, which allows initial literacy. It proposes to universities and educational institutes to incorporate into their curricula a closest approach to child development, specifically the period of the first seven years, crucial in the reader and writer training. Also, it invokes to decline traditional practices, which determine the failure of active and reflective readers from initial education and explain in part why the university and Peruvian professionals read little or write short texts. The main purpose of this study is to show the effectiveness of learning phonics in reading decoding, by designing and implementing a pilot program based on the systematization of the method to which we refer, starting from the theoretical model cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics. We worked with a sample of 50 students from first grade elementary. In order to assess their level of reading decoding they were exposed to a specific dyslexia exploration test, obtaining from this evaluation the significant differences between the level of reading decoding of students exposed to the experimental program versus those who were not taught with this method, concluding that the phonetic style program has favorable implications for the learning of reading decoding.

Just cause and gross misconduct constitute two major concepts that a regular employee usually associates with dismissal and, at the same time, with arbitrariness and abuse. This is not always so, given that the only possibility in Peru to dismiss an employee, at least in theory, is his dismissal for a just cause, that is, in accordance with the law. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por finalidad establecer el modo por el cual la comunicación se relaciona con la producción de textos narrativos en los alumnos del sexto grado educación primaria.
