Implementar un modelo propuesto de Design Thinking, ese fue el principal objetivo de la investigación. El cual se aplicó en institutos tecnológico para que los estudiantes mejoren sus aprendizajes en los cursos de tecnologías de información, considerando como indicadores los procesos cognitivos que experimentaban los estudiantes, el trabajo colaborativo, y la capacidad estratégica en cada proyecto. El modelo propuesto constó de 4 fases: el empatizar e investigar, definir y ampliar el concepto del pensamiento crítico, prototipar, y la última fase de Reflexión. This study defines the development requirements of an information system in a health organization in Mar del Plata, Argentina. It combines the participatory methodologies of Soft System Methodology and Analytic Hierarchy Process to facilitate organizational decision making. The proposal contributes to the effective and systemic development of the decision-making process, considering the informational infrastructure, characteristics of decision-makers and structural and functional conditions of the organization.

The purpose of the study was to propose an information technology governance model based on COBIT 2019 for a faculty at a peruvian public university aligned to the strategic plan of said faculty and university.
