This study seeks to analyze whether the use of the seminar technique, an active technique, as a complementary tool to lecture and exercise resolution, influences the level of cognitive development of students. In methodological terms, a quasi-experiment was carried out with students of the 4th semester of Accounting Sciences of a Federal Institution of Higher Education. The results showed that the use of the seminar, regarding the levels "remember, apply and analyze", was able to influence the cognitive development of students.It is concluded that the use of the seminar technique, as a complementary instrument, can influence the level of cognitive development achieved by accounting students.

La investigación verificó si existe gestión de la información contable por medio de accruals discrecionales específicos en entidades de previsión complementaria, lo que podría ocurrir a partir de la decisión de registro contable de lasprovisiones contingentes con la intención de mejorar resultados divulgados en los estados financieros consolidados. Para ello, se compuso una muestra con las 30 mayores entidades de previsión complementaria que actúan en Brasil, en relación al activo total, en sus sectores de actuación, siendo 15 EFPC y 15 EAPC. Los datos fueron del período de 2010 a 2017 y la técnica utilizada fue regresión de datos en panel por medio del método MQO agrupado. This main objective of this study is the use of free and open source software to identify structural lineaments and enhancement of geological structures, without the need to use commercial software. In this study, a digital elevation model (DEM) with a resolution of 12.5 m ALOS PALSAR was used on which the different relief visualization techniques were performed, obtaining structural guidelines and enhancement of geological structures (possible faults), in addition graphs were made of rosettes and histograms, with the help of free and open source software such as SAGA GIS, QGIS 3.4.12, Stereonet and OpenStereo. En este trabajo se integran resultados de dos técnicas analíticas utilizadas para el estudio de pastas cerámicas: microscopio petrográfico y Quantitative Evaluation of Minerals by Scaning Electron Microscopy (QEMSCAN), el cual se presenta como una innovación para el estudio de pastas. El objetivo consistió en explorar el potencial de complementariedad entre ambas técnicas. Para ello, se aplicaron análisis de QEMSCAN a muestras de material cerámico arqueológico provenientes del Noroeste de la provincia de Mendoza, en el Centro Oeste Argentino, que fueron estudiadas previamente en microscopio de polarización óptica. Maintaining the stability of bipedal walking remains a major challenge in humanoid robotics, primarily due to the large number of hyperparameters involved and the need to adapt to dynamic environments and external disturbances. Traditional methods for determining these hyperparameters, such as heuristic approaches, are often time- consuming and potentially suboptimal. In this thesis, we present an integrated approach combining advanced control and reinforcement learning techniques to improve the stability of bipedal walking, particularly in the face of ground disturbances and speed variations.
