Se obtuvieron diecinueve VHHs (dominios variables únicos de los anticuerpos de cadena pesada) que unen a CD105 (endoglina) humano, un co-receptor endotelial de TFG-β implicado en la regulación de la angiogénesis y el desarrollo de tumores, mediante screening por phage display de una biblioteca de ADNc de VHH obtenida de alpacas inmunizadas con un lisado de una línea celular de cáncer de vejiga que sobreexpresa CD105 (T24). Las secuencias de los VHH se analizaron con ExPASY, GeneDoc y BLAST y mostraron las características estructurales típicas de los VHHs. Ellas se clonaron y expresaron en pET22b(+)/E.coli y los VHHs recombinantes se purificaron por cromatografía de afinidad. Se empleó el método de covarianza de flujos turbulentos para la determinación de flujos netos de carbono, respiración ecosistémica y productividad primaria bruta del bosque amazónico, en la región Madre de Dios, desde noviembre de 2016 (temporada lluviosa) hasta octubre de 2018 (temporada seca). Para ello, se utilizó un sistema compuesto por un anemómetro sónico, un analizador de gases infrarrojo, sensores de radiación, humedad y temperatura ubicados sobre una plataforma, a 46 metros, sobre el dosel del bosque. La compilación, procesamiento y análisis de datos se realizó empleando el lenguaje de programación R y los softwares comerciales Eddy Pro y TOVI. In the present study we propose the use of graphitic felt anodes coated with iron to control electrochemically the amount of coagulating agent, in the form of the Fe(II)/Fe(III) pair, which is introduced into the aqueous phase. At the same time, this pair helps catalyze the electro-Fenton process while H2O2 is generated cathodically. Here are reported the conditions to modify cathodically the graphite felt surface, as well as its characterization by SEM-EDS microscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). This material is then used as an anode that acts as a source for the Fe(II)/Fe(III) pair, while an unmodified felt acts as a H2O2 generator. Objetive: To determine the functional integrity of the brainstem auditory pathway by the auditive brainstem response (ABR) in language-retarded children without pathology in both the middle ear and central nervous system and no neonatal hearing loss risk factors. Design: Retrospective transversal study. Setting: Naval Medical Center and Air Force Central Hospital Otorhinolaryngology Services, Lima. Peru. Material and methods: Analysis of children’s ABR performed in the last ten years included 48 children, 28 males and 20 females, 1 to 11 year-old. Main outcome measures were both latency time and morphology of waves I, II, III, IV, and V. Results: Latencies were normal at any age. Using Monte Cario simulation have been carried out an.atomistic description of the structure and ordering processes in the system Cu - Au in a two-dimensional model. The ABV model of the alloy is a system of N atoms A and B, located in rigid lattice with sorne vacañt sites. Molecular dynamics simulations with embedded-atom potential (EAM) have been performed to study the energetic and structural changes during the collision and coalescence of two Cun nanoparticles. We simulated collision of nanoparticles at several temperatures below the melting point and with different impact energy. Analyzing the potential energy change during the collision we identify three clearly defined stages. The pair correlation function and the pair analysis technique are used to reveal the structural changes in the collision process. The variation in the time of the population of different pairs has been quantified, being observed diverse structural transformations. During the collision of two equal icosahedral nanoparticles ( Cu55 ) has been observed different behavior of 1551 pairs depending on the impact velocity.

The research proposal is to electrocoagulate and float them (electroflotation); For this, Al+3 and Fe+3 in-situ and oxygen and hydrogen are produced, in order to make this procedure more efficient (electroflotation), a pair of auxiliary electrodes is used, whose sole function is to produce these O2/H2 gases, This way the clots formed by the upper part of the system are removed. The simulated organic load comes from the reduction of the size of species such as proteins / meat, starches / cereals, cellulose / vegetables, fats / oils of vegetable and animal origin. The study was able to reduce turbidity of 1200-1300 NTU to values below 16 NTU and values of 3,400 mgL-1 of COD to values below 500 mgL-1 of COD.
