Evolutionary Psychology (EP) supports the hypothesis of massive modularity (HMM), in which the mind is understood as a set of modules that fulfill a specific function to solve recurrent adaptive problems in our evolutionary adaptation environment. This set would be part of human nature and the objective of EP is to identify and explain them in distal terms. Its detractors argue that the modular conception is inconsistent with current theoretical and empirical knowledge. From the works of Carruthers and Crawford, I will defend that several of the criticisms against HMM assume the modular conception of Fodor (F-modules), who emphasizes the intentional aspect. This work identifies, from the bibliographic point of view, the different contributions, proposals, approaches and studies around the reform of the administration of justice in Peru, also called modernization, restructuring or refounding of the Judiciary. Notwithstanding the wide bibliography on this important subject, an interesting nucleus of publications corresponding to the 20th century and the beginning of the present century is reported. A first bibliographical review to promote research on the Peruvian judiciary and understand its historical evolution precedes a timely analysis of the author on the need for a change from the Judiciary itself, circumscribed to a democratic theory for judicial governance, and involves the participation of the different actors of the justice system and civil society, by a solid and predictable Judiciary as a support for constitutional democracy.

This commentary focuses on the importance that DNA sequence analysis has in biodiversity studies and the need for improving administrative procedures regarding biodiversity research in Peru. This research summary has been developed according to the guidelines established by the Institute of Economic and Social Research (IECOS) of the FIECS UNI and aims to describe in summary form the background and most relevant aspects of the process of urban development of the city of Lima, emphasizing them for the period between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, during which the most important changes registered by the capital of the country took place, in its transition from a colonial city to a modern Lima that appeared in the first decades of the last century and laid the foundations for the subsequent urban growth of the city.

This work aims to analyze the individualism constitution in Peru, its development from the early twentieth century to the present and from there try to point out some trends for the future. An interpretation essay on the formation of individualism is presented, which allows us to sketch some ideas to organize a larger debate. In the social studies of the country, the process of individualism was undermined to emphasize the structural dimension of modernization. It our interest to present an image that tries to explain modernization from the point of view of the configuration of the individual in contemporary Peru. Even though, recently individualism has awakened to a more theoretical interest, leaving aside the study of its evolution in society.

Between 1860 and 1950 Italian architecture had the task of building the modern image of a young nation. Politics asked to architects to convey, through their work, identity messages to the collectivity. This process was particularly present during the period of fascism (1922- 1943), at the disposal of the government of Benito Mussolini.
