El internado se da el último año de la carrera de medicina humana, es una etapa de transición entre ser alumnos y médicos, donde no solo se deben adquirir nuevos conocimientos teóricos y prácticos; sino también consolidarlos, nos encontramos en nuestras prácticas hospitalarias y formamos una relación estrecha con nuestros pacientes, todo esto es esencial para tener un mejor desarrollo como futuros médicos y seres humanos. Esta última etapa de alumnos se ha visto modificada por la coyuntura actual causada por el COVID 19. This paper deals with some of the issues that affect the understanding and functioning of descriptive psychopathology (DP). The latter remains the language of description in psychiatry and the basis for her nosological constructs. DP makes assumptions concerning the nature of its object and its underlying causes (i.e. makes use of the medical model). DP needs historical, clinical and numerical recalibration. It is suggested that in some cases, and against traditional psychometric principles, some instruments will have to be constructed that show flexibility and can be varied according to the descriptive needs presented by individual cases.

Posteriormente estás evaluaciones se fueron delimitando con el puesto de trabajo y específicamente a ciertas exposiciones que se puedan presentar durante la jornada laboral. La luxación rotuliana o patelar es un trastorno ortopédico caracterizado por el desplazamiento de la rótula fuera de su ubicación habitual dentro de la tróclea femoral, lo que puede ocasionar osteoartritis, cojera y dolor. En perros, más del 75% de los casos corresponden a luxaciones de tipo medial, mientras que menos del 25% son laterales (1). Aproximadamente la mitad de los afectados experimentan esta condición en ambas rodillas, lo que provoca principalmente incomodidad y pérdida de la función de la articulación. He points out that solidarity and justice constitute their fundamental basis intertwined in a good communication net. Finally, he sets forth that whenever institutional ethics is affected and stress in the working place occurs, the alteration of the three aforementioned variables leads to the most evident manifestations of this condition.

Peru is a varied and convulsed country, and our republican history is a proof for that. The Peruvian health system has just been built during the 20th century. However, its development has been continuously affected by inadequate government policies and by corrosive and constant corruption acts. Now, in the 21st century, the health system has undergone some sort of reconstruction, but still with a very low budget and continuing venal practices that impede its proper functioning. This paper attempts to describe the anthropological basis underlying the human actions leading to corruption. It also reviews some of the main corruption modalities within the whole Peruvian healthcare system, a fragmented entity both in its public area and in its private counterpart. Introduction: A negative disposition influences the attitudes of health care professionals, since this is often based on erroneous assumptions about the usefulness of chronological age as a functional marker or with respect to elderly persons' ability to contribute to society. Material and Method: This is a study for validating an instrument, the Kogan's attitudes towards older people, and to determine attitudes towards the elderly in primary health care personnel in Tumbes. Results: A language validation was performed, the instrument was assessed by specifically appointed raters, and its reliability was also determined. Objective: To determine the association between the exposure to scuba diving during military service and the development of neurocognitive disorders in elderly people. Materials and methods: A retrospective analytical study, derived from the database analysis of the study "Fragility and functional dependence in older adults" conducted between 2010 and 2015 on an outpatient basis by the staff of the geriatrics service of the Centro Médico Naval del Perú (Peruvian Naval Medical Center). The chi-square test, p<0.05 and 95 % CI were used to establish said association, and the Poisson model was used as regression model. Results: A total of 1,020 participants were analyzed.
