The present report focuses on the behaviour of reinforced concrete structures under loads maintained constant in tinte. A procedure for combining linear short-time behaviour of concrete with nonlinear and linear creep functions is presented for analyzing plane franle structures. Creep produces stresses and strains redistribution over time in a reinforced concrete cross- section. In the case of statically indeterminate structures, this redistribution produces a variation in the final force diagrams. Also, creep relaxes induced stresses by a movement of a support with time as it is shown later. In comon structures, creep is more related to the control of defiexions, however. El trabajo de investigación presentado examinó la situación del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (INDECI) en su camino hacia la transformación digital, llevándonos al año 2030. Este organismo peruano es crucial para la seguridad en momentos de crisis y desastres naturales. El estudio se centró en los problemas que surgieron durante su proceso de transformación digital iniciado en 2021, que ocasionaron demoras en el procesamiento de documentos debido a la resistencia al cambio y la carencia de recursos tecnológicos adecuados, esto afectó la capacidad de INDECI para cumplir su misión. Objectives: To explain the role of the Peruvian Government related to participation of different stakeholders influencing regulations for authorizing clinical trials (CT). Methodology: We present part of a case study corresponding to a PhD thesis performed between 2015 and 2017. We used document information and 14 semi-structured interviews with key informants were performed. We also systematized experiences related to clinical trial authorization and inspection, as well as verification of investigation sites. We also had access to publicly available information from the Peruvian National Institute of Health. The analysis was performed within epistemological and hermeneutical frameworks, and it was approved by the Ethics Committee from San Fernando Public Medicine School. El contexto global del desarrollo humano reconoce un conjunto de imperfecciones en los resultados generados por la predominante concepción de desarrollo. Como referencia, debemos reconocer que se estimó hasta un 8.8% de pobreza extrema en el año 2020, lo que equivale aproximadamente a 60 millones de personas, según el Reporte de Progreso elaborado por el Consejo Económico y Social de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas- ONU. El presente reporte se enfoca al comportamiento de estructuras de concreto reforzado sometidas a cargas mantenidas constantes en el tiempo. Se presenta un procedimiento que combina el comportamiento lineal a corto tiempo del concreto con funciones lineales y no lineales de flujo plástico en el análisis de pórticos planos. El flujo plástico produce redistribución de esfuerzos y deformaciones en el tiempo en una sección transversal de concreto reforzado. En el caso de estructuras indeterminadas estáticamente, esta redistribución produce una variación en los diagramas de fuerzas finales. También, el flujo plástico relaja los esfuerzos inducidos por el movimiento de un apoyo con el tiempo como se muestra más adelante. The Accreditation Project Structure for the Professional Academic School of Metallurgical Engineering (EAPIM), follows the requirements of the CONEAU Guide to Accreditation of University Professional Careers. A review of the situation of forest management in Peru is carried out, particularly in the Amazon region, using the United Nations' definition of sustainable forest management as a reference. This definition is based on: (i) the extent of forest resources; (ii) forest biological diversity; (iii) the health and vitality of forests; (iv) productive functions; (v) protective functions; (vi) socio-economic functions; and (vii) the regulatory, institutional, and policy framework. Based on the review of available information on these aspects, the current situation of deforestation is illustrated, which reduces forest coverage and diminishes the provision of ecosystem services.
