The objective of this research was to determine whether the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system exerts influence on business processes of fast-moving consumer goods distribution companies in Metropolitan Lima, 2019. The study had a quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design, and correlational type. The sample consisted of 147 employees, the technique and instrument used were the survey and questionnaire. In addition, Spearman’s test was used to determine the correlation. As a result, a weak direct significant correlation was found between the ERP system and business processes.

Conventional approaches to process foods have proven to offer very safe products but, in some cases, the quality of the final product is significantly lower to the original one. Nonthermal processing of foods has emerged as a viable alternative to those conventional processing by offering safe products of excellent quality and at very reasonable cost. These emerging technologies utilize nonthermal microbial stress factors as the main inactivation mechanism. In some cases, external sources of heat or self-generated heat are utilized to supplement the main inactivation mechanism. This study had the objective to analyze the mental processes in terms of the thinking abilities and the cognitive functions as well as some levels of text processing that distinguish (differentiate) good and poor reader students from High School. The analysis was based on the theories: The Structural Cognitive Modifiability of Reuven Feuerstein and the Text Processing of W. Kintsch and T.A Van Dick. The cognitive demands of solution from each one of the questions of a standardized reading test were analyzed as mentioned before. The following cognitive processes were identified and organized: Classification, Analysis-Synthesis, Logic inference and Hypothetical reasoning.

This article presents some of the results obtained from the analysis performed to the health sector budget. The study focused the analysis in the city of Lima. The methodology not only looks for a discussion of resource allocation in the health sector, it goes further and makes an analysis applying a Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) methodology. The present research work was presented in the context of the deficit problematic in the inventory process of public school in Peru. The main objective is for public schools to use ICTs to improve this process. The methodology used for the development of the research work is Scrum, since it allows the application model to be carried out in an agile and organized manner. The different needs that each stage of the methodology presented were solved by the Balsamiq Mockups tool. In the results we can appreciate that implementing this web system offers speed and security to the management of the inventory of the public schools, since it is necessary to have a control of all the goods in real time. Objective: To determine and interpret the perception of the graduates about the teaching-learning process in a School of Private Nursing. Materials and methods: The research approach is mixed. The design is concurrent according to the time of the methods and quant / which according to the priority. The sample consisted of 120 graduates in the quantitative phase, of which 8 were selected for the qualitative phase. The instrument used in the quantitative phase was a Likert scale of 30 items, validated by expert judgment. For the qualitative phase, a semi-structured interview was used, which allowed grouping the responses into categories. In the present study, the stabilization of horse manure (mixture of rice husk, manure and horse urine) was evaluated through an aerobic process similar to composting. The stabilization process was evaluated in two piles of horse manure for 16 weeks, taking samples every week. A decrease in temperature from 66,7 to 41,0 °C, the reduction of the density from 394,0 to 370,4 kg/m3, the reduction of the water retention capacity from 220,7 to 125,6% and the reduction of the respiratory activity of 9.8 to less than 2 mgO2/g ms/d, were indicators of the stabilization of the horse manure, the easily degradable material of manure and urine were removed by aerobic degradation and washed with irrigation, leaving only the rice husk with a minimum fraction of other materials.
