The problem posed in this investigation is that a mutual fund management company maintained traditional processes of subscription and redemption of quotas in the funds, which caused great economic inefficiencies and discontent among clients. That is why the objective of this research was to propose a proposal to improve customer service processes through the application of a digital transformation through agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup through quasi-experimental practical research. In this way, it was possible to increase profits and customer experience. After the implementation, it was evidenced that thanks to this, the number of AUMs and participants increased by +15% per month and +55%, since the implementation, respectively, translating, later, into higher profits for the company (+10%).

This article analyzes the differences in the design and implementation of electronic personal surveillance (EPS) policies in Peru and Colombia, from their first attempts in 2007 to date. Using a comparative political analysis approach, it explores the factors that explain the gap in outcomes, despite the adoption of similar policies. The article uses the theory of policy transfer as a differentiating element: Colombia implemented its policy progressively, relying on pilot projects and making adjustments to the original design according to the results. Peru, on the other hand, in trying to replicate Colombia's initial success, opted for a national implementation without pilot stages, which resulted in a much more limited impact. Accurate determination of plant water status is mandatory to optimize irrigation scheduling and thus maximize yield. Infrared thermography (IRT) can be used as a proxy for detecting stomatal closure as a measure of plant water stress. In this study, an open-source software (Thermal Image Processor (TIPCIP)) that includes image processing techniques such as thermal-visible image segmentation and morphological operations was developed to estimate the crop water stress index (CWSI) in potato crops. Results were compared to the CWSI derived from thermocouples where a high correlation was found ( = 0.84). To evaluate the effectiveness of the software, two experiments were implemented. The integration project with the Educational ERP PeopleSoft Campus Solutions for the educational group arises with the need to implement a solution that can improve the collection process due to the delay of one day so that it can be reflected in the system and the high load operative that was generated in enrollment periods. To solve increasingly complex global health problems, health professionals must collaborate with professionals in non-health-related fields. The Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and University of Washington created the NIH-funded Kuskaya training program in response to the need for transformative global health training for talented graduates from all disciplines. Kuskaya is a 1-year, interdisciplinary training program that teaches Peruvian and US graduates critical skills related to public health research through the design and implementation of a collaborative research project in Peru. El artículo describe el proceso de elaboración y aprobación de la Ley N°27811, Ley que establece el Régimen de Protección de los Conocimientos Colectivos de los Pueblos Indígenas vinculados a los Recursos Biológicos; y analiza brevemente algunas disposiciones que se vienen aplicando y que en consecuencia constituyen un avance práctico en la protección de los conocimientos tradicionales de los pueblos indígenas; igualmente, reflexiona sobre las posibles razones por las que algunos de los principales componentes de la Ley, como la suscripción de contratos de licencia o el Fondo para el Desarrollo de los Pueblos Indígenas, aún no han sido materia de implementación.

The present investigation is an implementation of the Personal Loan at Banco ABC (fictitious name that was chosen to protect the confidentiality of the real bank where I worked) through a public agreement with the Management Committee of the Stimulus Assistance Fund for the Education Sector (CAFAE SE). La presente investigación tiene como objetivo proponer estrategias de mejora para optimizar los procesos administrativos del área de operaciones de Vívela S.A., empresa del sector financiero. La organización enfrenta ineficiencias en el seguimiento de contratos, errores en la liberación de fondos y demoras en la regularización documental, lo que ha generado sobrecostos y deficiencias en la comunicación interáreas.
