Según Molano (2006) la identidad cultural encierra un sentido de pertenencia a un grupo social con el cual se comparten ciertos rasgos culturales como tradiciones, creencias, etc. Sin embargo, se considera que el termino identidad no es un concepto fijo, puesto que se transforma tanto de manera individual como colectiva y se alimenta de aspectos exteriores. Estos garantizan la formación de una identidad cultural, que funciona además como motor para el desarrollo de un territorio. The object of study that is addressed in this article corresponds to specific challenges and demands that professionals that make up the psychosocial pairs of several schools in the Ñuble Region identify. Due to the nature of the object, the approach corresponds to the qualitative methodology based on the socio-phenomenological approach. The data production was made in 10 working groups constituted by professionals that make up psychosocial pairs. As main findings we see that, from the perspective of the actors, the task of the psychosocial pairs is mediated by three fundamental critical issues, which operate from totality: context, normativity and action. La indagación tuvo como propósito determinar cómo el decreto supremo 025-2019-IN influye en la investigación policial en la DIRINCRI - PNP 2021. La metodología que se aplicó fue cuantitativa básica, correlacional y de diseño no experimental, asimismo, se tuvo una muestra de 50 efectivos policiales en funciones ligadas al derecho penal. La investigación dispuso de una hipótesis general para ofrecer resultados estadísticos y analizar de forma inferencial las variables de estudio, el decreto supremo 025-2019-IN influye significativamente en la investigación policial en la DIRINCRI - PNP 2021. The burnout syndrome is an occupational health indicator that intervenes in the teaching-learning process and may harm the quality of education offered by institutions. The relationship between individual characteristics and the work environment may have different effects over the teaching performance. The current investigation seeks to analyze the fit of a model to predict teaching performance based on the teacher burnout, while including individual characteristics and the work environment perception in university teachers. The sample is composed of 94 teachers who provided information related to the Conscientiousness trait, their burnout and engagement levels, their teaching performance, and their perception of the work environment.
