In 2006, Peru witnessed a significant event in its political history with the direct election of its representatives to the Andean Parliament. However, the author points out that this historic event may have been overshadowed by the general lack of knowledge on the subject and by the crisis that the Andean Community is facing. In this sense, this article offers a detailed analysis of the Andean Parliament, covering its historical evolution from its antecedents to its creation, its influence within the Andean Integration System, the description of its functions, as well as its composition and structure.

This paper aims to develop the thermal process integration and PINCH applying technology to the production of ethanol from sweet potato variety INIA 306 Huambachero. The first part is presented, process technology, which consisted of a first tase hydrolysis of starch. a brewing malt enzymes obtained in a maximum time of 20 minutes, followed by fermentation with yeast saccharomyces cerevisiae. providing a yield of 85 to 95 liters of ethanol per ton of sweet potato and representing about economic benefit of up to 25% reduction in production costs of ethanol per liter compared with conventional alcohol as raw sugar cane molasses.

The essay analyzes the process of implementation of the first integral restoration laboratory by Guarango Film and Video Association (Guarango) in Peru. This milestone is based on a culture of research, innovation, continuous training, and effective fund management. It highlights Guarango’s commitment to the enhancement of film heritage and the development of the national film industry. It examines the state of regional film heritage, Guarango’s experience as an organization, its high-quality productions, and technological advances. It also details the restoration process, quality control and laboratory equipment. The case of Guarango represents a significant advance for the film industry, standing out as an example of commitment to the preservation of audiovisual heritage and the promotion of national cinema.

At the beginning of the 1970s, the Fordist production system entered into a crisis, accentuated by the first oil "shock" in 1973. Since then, capitalism has been heading for new accumulation fronts. This fact is explained by David Harvey (1989), when referring to the space-time transfer of capital as a way of absorbing the movement of super-accumulation. This phenomenon, associated with the growth, in the central countries, of the part of income destined for wages, pushed capitalist production out of its previous domains. Alternatively, these countries made use of the introduction of new production technologies in order to reverse this process.

ABSTRACT Black Phosphorus (BP), a layered semiconductor, has atracted enormous attention due to its singular anisotropic electronic, optical and thickness-dependent direct bandgap properties. As a consequence, BP has been envisioned as a promising material for several technological applications including photonics electronics and optolectronics. Nonetheless, most of the materials that integrate these devices undergo scattering and decay processes that are governed by quantum mechanical effects. Embryo selection by using morphological characteristics has been the main tool to select the best embryo to transfer in assisted reproduction technology (ART). However, embryo development is a dynamic process that cannot be monitored with conventional microscopes. The introduction of incubators with an integrated micro-camera system, denominated time-lapse incubators, has allowed to register morphological and kinetic events in human embryos, becoming useful markers for embryo selection. In this report, we present the first pregnancy in Peru using morphokinetic parameters in a time lapse incubator.

The Feminist HCI is characterized as the integration of feminist theory into HCI practice, which can occur at all stages of the design process, including user research, prototyping and evaluation. However, there is still a research gap on the integration of feminism with established HCI methods. An HCI methodology that is also concerned with human values and the possible consequences of technological artifacts is Value Sensitive Design (DSV). The present work seeks to answer how to include Feminism HCI in the HCI Project with the VSD. This research took place in the context of ELLAS Project, an Open Data platform that aims to contribute to the reduction of the gender difference in STEM in Brazil, Peru and Bolivia.
