El presente documento propone un proyecto destinado a mejorar el indicador de ejecución presupuestal de intervenciones territoriales en la región "Metrópoli" para la entidad denominada “Ministerio”. Estas intervenciones, originadas por demandas adicionales, surgen de necesidades no previstas en la fase de programación del presupuesto público anual. La mejora en la ejecución presupuestal de estas intervenciones aumentaría la viabilidad de proporcionar servicios de Educación Básica a los estudiantes de esta región, reduciendo la posibilidad de que menos estudiantes se queden sin acceso a un servicio educativo óptimo. El presente estudio titulado “Estudio correlacionado del gasto programado del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público Amazonas – Yurimaguas del 2016 – 2018”, tuvo como objetivo general, analizar el nivel de ejecución del gasto programado en el Instituto de educación superior tecnológico público Amazonas – Yurimaguas 2016 – 2018. La metodología del estudio, fue trabajado bajo un enfoque cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra utilizada fueron 26 docentes de la institución a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario para poder identificar su percepción sobre el nivel de gasto programado que se ha ido ejecutando. Tuvo como objetivo, determinar el nivel de ansiedad preoperatoria en pacientes hospitalizados programados a intervenciones quirúrgicas en la Clínica Guadalupe Wánchaq Cusco. Se utilizó la metodología de diseño cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo, y corte transversal, la población muestral fue de 80 pacientes hospitalizados programados a intervenciones quirúrgicas, cuya técnica fue la entrevista y el instrumento fue la encuesta realizada a los pacientes. Observing the transformations articulated in society, culture and communication, with an emphasis on the expanded use of digital platforms in the subjects’ daily lives, this paper seeks to present central theoretical premises to categorize the notion of platformized intellectual in contrast with the presence of digital influencers in social media. Starting mainly from the theoretical framework developed by Antonio Gramsci to define the intellectual and his political praxis, we discuss the characteristics of this subject and his field of action in a platformized society. Based on a theoretical debate and an exploratory documentary research, we discuss the potential, limitations and strategies of intellectual activity in a platformized society seeing how their creations work as a form political education.

Objective: To assess the effectiveness of an oral health intervention project in Oxapampa, Peru, from April to July 2023. Materials and methods: This longitudinal study involved 135 primary education students from the I.E. Bardo Bayerle educational institution. The research focused on two main variables: dental caries experience, measured using the DMFT index and dmft, and oral hygiene, assessed through the Simplified Oral Hygiene Index (OHI). Both descriptive and bivariate statistical analyses were conducted. Results: At the initial assessment, the OHI was 1.42 (SD = 0.68). By the conclusion of the study, this value had decreased to 0.45 (SD = 0.29), with the reduction being statistically significant (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Positive results were achieved in the oral health intervention project "Let's Smile Together" in Oxapampa, Peru, from April to July 2023.

This document constitutes an update of the original document written for the Regional Meeting organized by UNESCO-OREALC to focus on and consider alternatives related to Women’s Education in Latin America. I was invited to Panama to share with colleagues the perspectives on this matter. Due to having had a direct and pioneering participation in the non-formal education of the programs in Peru and in Latin America, I was selected to share these experiences. At present, I think it is appropriate to carry out 30 years later, an update with a comprehensive verification of PRONOEI impact not only including boys and girls who are the fundamental objective of these programs but mainly all participating actors which are about 99% women. Preliminaries contributions are abridged in Braslavsky (1984).

The research provides knowledge of a relevant indicator to ensure educational quality in the master's programs from the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM), aiming to establish the level of global student satisfaction and by dimensions, using for its study the quantitative approach, non-experimental design, transversal and descriptive. In the accidental non-probabilistic sample, 217 students participated. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of 38 items with likert rating scale responses, and design was performed considering three dimensions of the matrix of standards of the National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Educational Quality (SINEACE). Education is a process in constant change and research. Moreover, in the field of the arts, it is important, especially in the Peruvian context, to see how the educational dynamics are being given in the context of university teaching around theater, since in recent years there has been a notable increase in institutions that offer this type of degree. With the arrival of the pandemic, this brought changes in educational methodologies and processes in various fields and clearly, one of the most affected was the university one. This document aims to review the educational programs offered by educational institutions in theater with university degree in the city of Lima in Peru, the changes that they suffered with the arrival of the pandemic and the horizons that they can take now that we are in a new circumstance as a society.

The teaching of human parasitology is essential for students of health sciences, especially medicine, because it is a major global public health problem―occurring with high frequency in low-income countries―and because of its presence in countries considered developed. In this sense, it is estimated that worldwide there are 2,800 million individuals infected with soil-transmitted helminths, 20 to 30% people infected with Toxoplasma gondii, 300 to 500 million new cases of malaria per year, and nearly 15 million Latin Americans with Chagas disease, an infection caused by Trypanosoma cruzi. This article discusses the various meanings attributed to the concept of research methodology, based on an analysis of the study plans and programs of three doctoral programs in education in Mexico. These programs have well-established faculty and have produced several generations of trained students. The article outlines the methodology used to analyze the curricular discourse related to the concept of research methodology, and presents findings that highlight the different interpretations given to key elements of this concept across the three programs. The results reveal nine major attributions of meaning to the concept of research methodology, with varying degrees of similarity across the three programs. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of an educational program to promote changes in knowledge, attitudes and practices of adolescents about sexually transmitted diseases (STIs, HIV / AIDS) in the national school Illathupa Huánuco 2006-2007. Was applied pre and post test using a structured questionnaire with questions that allowed the balancing of both groups on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of (STIs, HIV / AIDS). The sample consisted of 116 adolescent students of the 4th year of secondary education, 66 for the experimental group and 50 in the control group.
