Objective: Was to determine the effectiveness of the educational program “For responsible sexuality” onthe knowledge of sexuality in adolescents of the fifth year of secondary school of the Adventist SchoolPuno- Puno, 2016. Methodology: The study was quantitative, quasi-experimental design, applying aPre and post test. The sample consisted of 51 adolescents aged 14 to 17, distributed in two groupsrandomly: experimental group and control group. A questionnaire on sexuality in adolescents was appliedto measure the level of knowledge. El clima andino ofrece condiciones interesantes para el secado de alimentos. Presión atmosférica de 63 kPa, humedades relativas inferiores a 30% y temperaturas inferiores a 25 °C. El objetivo de este trabajo fue estudiar la cinética del secado de zanahorias en tres diferentes medios de secado mediante tres modelos matemáticos. Las zanahorias fueron ralladas y colocadas en marcos de malla en tres medios de secado: al aire libre, metal ondulado (calamina) y bandeja metálica negra fosca. El secado se realizó durante un día ensolerado con nubes esporádicas hasta peso constante. Los datos de perdida de agua fueron ajustados a los modelos matemáticos Page, Weibull y Midilli.
