The main objective of this article is to substantiate the importance of the non-psychiatrist physicians' role in theintegrating process of physical and mental health care as a unit in which both exhibit a reciprocal impact. On the basis of aglobalized context in the understanding of health, conceptual bases of health care are examined from a multidimensionalperspective that incorporates the challenges of wellbeing, identifying the current critical knots whose improvement wouldfacilitate a rout to the integral care postulated by the person-centered medicine. This renewed paradigm requires to startwith detection and diagnosis linking both physical and mental health as a dynamic unit. To reach such purpose,information about mental health and its management within the health services is presented to, finally, suggest a careframe adequate to postulates of the person-centered medicine.

A study was carried out in order to know the differences in the level of stress experienced by institutionalized children, and also to know the types and coping strategies employed by them in comparison with non-institutionalized children. Also, the influence of stress in coping was analyzed by a lineal regression. Participants were 126 children (65 institutionalized and 61 non-institutionalized, age M = 10 years, age range 8 to 12 years. Children Stress Scale (EIE), Children Coping scale (EIA) and a socio-demographic profile were administered. The present study, had the purpose of developing a fermented non-dairy probiotic drink based on tarwi, for this purpose the legume was unmarked, and then obtained Tarwi Vegetable Extract (EVQ) by blending it, then proceeded to make mixtures with sucrose (6 and 12%) and inoculum of Saccharomyces boulardii (2 and 4%) thus obtaining a total of 4 treatments (A1 - A4), the inoculation was performed at 37 ° C with constant agitation at 20 RPM for a period of 24 hours; where at three-hour intervals readings of the biomass increase were made with a microscope and a neubauer chamber expressed in (cfu / ml) at intervals of 3 hours, curves and kinetic parameters of microbial growth were constructed with the mathematical model of Gompertz, a monitoring of ° Brix, density, pH, and% of acidity was carried out, a linear regression analysis was applied; finally the adjustment of the mathematical model...

Soil infertility is a global problem, amendments such as organic fertilizers and mineral fertilizers are used to improve crop yields. However, these fertilizers contain heavy metals as well as essential mineral elements. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizer on the accumulation and health risk of heavy metals in tubers. The plants were cultivated at an altitude of 3970 m using four treatments (poultry manure, alpaca manure, island guano and inorganic fertilizer) and a control group. Soil contamination levels and the degree of metal accumulation in the tubers were also determined. As a result, it was found that the use of inorganic fertilizer and poultry manure increased the values of Cu and Zn in soils, exceeding the recommended standards. The investigation had as purpose to descriptive and compares the psychological processes of the reading between the students for fourth grade of primary education to students of public and private schools, both located in Pachacutec. The sample consisted of 60 students, 30 students in each school of a socioeconomic low level to which there was applied the Battery of Evaluation of the Reading Processes (PROLEC) elaborated for Cuetos , Rodríguez and Ruano (2000). Adapted by Guevara (2009). We used the Mann-Whitney U statistic and found significant differences in the tasks of letter name and sound, grammatical structure, sentence comprehension and reading comprehension, for students of the private school versus public institution, although both groups are below the required standards as good readers.

Objective. To determine the clinical, epidemiological and pathological characteristics of lymphomas in patients of the National Institute of Child Health Breña between 2015-2019. Methods. A quantitative, observational, crosssectional, descriptive and retrospective study was carried out; corresponding to pediatric patients diagnosed with lymphoma between 2015 and 2019. The SPSS v24 program was used for the analysis. The quantitative variables were expressed in measures of central tendency and the qualitative ones in absolute and relative frequencies. Results. 43 cases were included, the average age was 7.2 years (1a – 16a), 72.1% (n = 31) were male. El objetivo de la investigación fue Determinar la prevalencia de LCNC y su relación con el estrés en los pacientes de la Clínica Dental Ochoa Ayacucho 2022. Evaluar el grado de satisfacción frente a la utilización y medicamentos genéricos y los usuarios de la Farmacia Mifarma, Huancayo 202. Es muy necesario estar informado acerca de los beneficios que ofrecen los medicamentos genéricos ya que podrían contribuir en la estabilidad sobre todo económica de las familias. Procedimiento. Modelo de indagación, Descriptivo transversal; estructura no práctico - representativo. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la capacidad funcional y el riesgo de caída en pacientes con artrosis de rodilla atendidos en el Centro Especializado Neomedica, Miraflores, durante 2024. Este estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal y correlacional, con una muestra censal de 80 pacientes seleccionados según criterios específicos. Se emplearon dos instrumentos validados: el cuestionario WOMAC para medir capacidad funcional (dolor, rigidez y funcionalidad) y la escala de Tinetti para evaluar el riesgo de caídas. Este estudio tuvo como finalidad examinar la relación entre los estados psicoemocionales estrés, ansiedad y depresión y el bruxismo en agentes policiales de la División de Emergencia durante el año 2025. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, empleando el método hipotético-deductivo, y adoptó un diseño no experimental de tipo transversal y correlacional. La población estuvo compuesta por 3804 efectivos, de los cuales se seleccionaron 300 mediante muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento y la práctica de la higiene de manos de enfermeros como indicador de gestión en áreas críticas de un Hospital, Moquegua, 2024. Metodología: El método fue hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional, corte transversal, participaron los enfermeros que trabajan en áreas críticas del hospital. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el uso de plantas medicinales para tratar los dolores menstruales en mujeres del distrito de Pariahuanca. El método de investigación fue cuantitativo y utilizó un diseño descriptivo transversal no experimental. Los resultados mostraron que el (58,81%) usaba algún tipo de planta medicinal para tratar los dolores menstruales, el 41,19% restante no usaba este tipo de tratamiento, la planta más utilizada para este fin es el orégano, con un 26,87%. El apio ocupa el segundo lugar, utilizado por el 24,78% de los encuestados. Se concluye que los resultados brindan información relevante sobre el uso de plantas medicinales en el manejo del dolor menstrual.

En la presente investigación el objetivo es determinar los factores sociodemográficos relacionados con el uso de las plantas medicinales en pacientes con enfermedades respiratorias en la urbanización las Gardenias Juliaca – 2022. La metodología utilizada es un estudio tipo descriptivo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal y enfoque cuantitativo, población conformada 150 pacientes y la muestra tomada es de 113 pacientes la técnica es la encuesta y el instrumento es el cuestionario. Como resultados obtuvimos que el índice de correlación de RHO Spearman que dio un valor de 0.349 el cual indica que existe una correlación positiva media. En conclusión, se determinó que los factores sociodemográficos se relacionan con el uso de las plantas medicinales en pacientes con enfermedades respiratorias en la urbanización las gardenias Juliaca - 2022.

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the knowledge about contraceptives, its uses, efficacy, and adverse effects in an adolescent’s population of a public high school. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study is descriptive and cross-sectional. A 13-question test was used, in which was evaluated knowledge about contraceptives and additional demographic information. In the data analysis, descriptive and exploratory techniques were applied with factorial analysis. 333 adolescents participated. The sample was non-probabilistic. RESULTS: The percentage of correct answers in adolescents was 60% with a standard deviation of 13.6%. Women had a higher percentage score than their male counterparts.
