El presente trabajo de investigación muestra los éxitos y los fracasos de la aplicación de los MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses). Haremos un análisis de sus diferentes facetas desde su concepto inicial hasta la implementación en los Estados Unidos, Europa y América Latina. Salimos de un estudio empírico y comparativo de la atención que ha recibido el término “MOOCs” en las búsquedas web. En lo que sigue analizaremos los aspectos más deficientes de los MOOCs y buscamos explicaciones para el auge y la caída de los MOOCs. También evaluamos factores menos tratados en la bibliografía hasta la fecha, como son la forma y diseño de sus procesos de producción y distribución, la sostenibilidad en términos económicos y las perspectivas para crear un mercado global para MOOCs. Current methods focus on the aspects related to the lessons learned, feedback and information sharing, however many organizations do not establish feedback mechanisms for organizational learning with the lessons learned as a result of process deployment initiatives participation. This paper describes the steps in order to identify the lessons learned as a result to put in practice the processes. It also provides a practical analysis of lessons learned identified in software process deployment initiatives in order to improve the knowledge in the organizations.

The objective of the research work was to propose a teaching method that allowed the self-management of knowledge related to the zoology of invertebrates by the students of the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Education career, comparing in-person learning vs. those not in attendance. For the development of the research, information gathering and processing methods were used, which allowed us to verify the shortcomings in terms of the use and elaboration of this type of teaching medium, for the teaching-learning process from the non-face-to-face modality. Permanent technological training favors teaching and its importance in learning modalities. Therefore, it is proposed to analyze the academic performance of permanent training in ICT skills for teachers and compare the performance of digital learning modalities. The research was quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional in a higher education institution with continuous training processes. Two editions of courses were considered in which online TIC tools were taught for teachers. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the realization of classes through virtual platforms and made the teacher evaluation, instead of positively reflecting the level of knowledge, evidenced a low performance of the students, in this case, of the Preparatory No. 7 of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Mexico. To explain this problem, qualitative research was carried out with descriptive and interpretative scope. 50 students were interviewed, and a structured questionnaire with ten open-ended questions was developed. The main results indicated that students perceive that traditional assessment does not reflect their knowledge, but incipient learning, stress and anxiety, so they suggested modifying the assessment process.
