In this text it is explored the broad and novel topic of the law applicable to international watercourses, also known as International Water Law. Reflecting on the conclusions of the United Nations Water Conference of 2023, as well as the documentation of the United Nations agencies related to water, we will analyze the development that the recent Judgment of the International Court of Justice of The Hague in the case Chile v. Bolivia on the status and use of the waters of the Silala has had for this new field of law.

Education on Engineering urges of learning methodologies different to the current ones that would allow students to profile competences in accordance to the exigencies of the competitive exercise of engineering, in which they will perform the essential functions typical of the career and develop as an upright, mature, and reflective people. On the southern coast of Peru, the famous site of Cahuachi, the greatest establishment of the ancient Nasca, is traditionally interpreted as either hosting an important population or an exclusive ceremonial centre and a pilgrimage destination. Recently, analysis of cultural material reveal the existence of residential sections in the interior of the temples. Archaeological remains, in particular those excavated on periphery of the great monuments show proofs of permanent domestic life. The architectural organization of the ceremonial center tends toward enclosed and isolated spaces, far from the idea of an urban form. Rural environmental microzonation is a way to plan the land use within particular urban area, based on the precepts of sustainable development, it becomes important in developing countries where land use planning is essential. There are several ways and tools to carry out such plans, the choice of methodology will determine the success or failure of micro-zoning, so the choosing and applying techniques and tools for this are the main concern when planning begins. Procedures based on three phases arise in this review, such as preparation phase, diagnostic phase and proposal phase. Tools such as use of drones, establishments of orthophoto, GIS development, participatory techniques, scene construction, among others are exposed. It is showed the case of Puerto Bolivar in Ecuador, whose population settlement stands at seaport, accompanied of the high tourism potential and economic movement.

This research study presents a general review of the Peruvian Central Coast during the Intermediate Late Period based on new archaeological evidence and current studies. We intend to establish the factors of change in the Ychsma society. To do this, we discuss the concepts of culture, space, style and ceramic workshops. Finally, a preliminary identification takes into account tables of climatic oscillation and association with the evolution of societies during the Intermediate Late Period and are used as evidence to interpret these complex change.

The objective of this research is to be able to identify which SDGs have been addressed by the main Mexican multinational companies. To achieve this objective, the sustainability reports of 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 of the Mexican multinationals BIMBO and CEMEX will be analyzed. To carry out this analysis, the qualitative research software ATLAS.ti was used. The results indicate that companies are not exempt from obtaining economic benefits and the SDGs that are most addressed are 3 "Health and Well-being" and 6 "Water and Sanitation". The general conclusion indicates that SDG 3 Health and well-being is of the utmost importance for BIMBO and CEMEX.

This paper intends to consider legal institution of “probation” as a transition to the free life after a period of prison confinement. Inconsistencies in the letter of the law on criminal enforcement of Argentina (24.660/96 and its amendments) and between the letter of the law and its implementation are described. Are showed two interlocutory decisions which grant or deny probation. Immediately arises the question about the comparison criteria between social relations maintained by these people among the context of confinement and the other of freedom due that parole is granted when the conduct and the concept confinement deserve a satisfactory rating without addressing the free life variables. It is then proposes the need to recognize other factors that nowadays are ignored and are of indispensable importance in planning public policy criminology.

This article analyses the influence of the human development (HD) approachon the agenda of Peruvian politics. It examines two human developmentpolitics applied in Peru to show how the main elements of the Amartya Sen’scapacities approach can be incorporated into public policies assessment. Theanalysis shows that recognizing human agency implies a permanent dialogueamong policy makers, technicians and common citizens to set out the politicalagenda on human development. The application of Design Thinking in the early stages of the software development life cycle (analysis and design), allows us to obtain requirements optimally and design architectures that solve the client's problem. As objectives of this work, case studies are presented where design was applied with the analysis and design stages in mind. As a result, it was obtained that the ideas generated using Design Thinking offered novel solutions, but some of them were uncertain. It also details how the cases were developed and the benefits of using Design Thinking were experienced. As a final result, the Design Thinking application provides a good starting point for software development.

The understanding the job development of university graduates will allow adjusting the study plans of new students to successfully face the labor market. In this sense, this research explores the impact of studying economics on graduates of this career at the La Molina National Agrarian University. Information was collected from surveys carried out between 2019 and 2021 by the career administration, to which data cleaning procedures and cluster analysis were applied. The study resulted in three clusters: the first is made up of graduates who studied under the 2012 Study Plan and are mostly entrepreneurs, are not linked to their career, are satisfied with their studies and have average salaries. Municipal employees have come under fire for poor performance and conduct in their work as some engage in corruption and others are not qualified enough to discharge their duties to the required levels. Employee training and development has become one of the key aspects in improving employee performance in organisations thus leading to improved organizational performance and growth. The study investigated the relationship between the quality of employee training and development on service delivery in a selected municipality with data collected from 150 employees. The results indicated the need for effective employee training and development systems and processes to achieve improved employee performance thus improved provision of basic services to the communities.
