The objective of this study is to present the andragogical model and its benefits in its application to safety training in Peruvian mining. Based on the andragogical characteristics, this thesis explains the andragogical principles, the importance of adult education, the difference between learning and teaching of children and adults, the characteristics of adults and learning methodological strategies for the effective training of miners. Safety training in this industry is a must for the acquisition of behaviors that can reduce the number of accidents and incidents at work. The present article seeks to make known the probative treatment of compliance programs in a criminal proceeding followed against a legal entity. It is necessary to execute a compliance program within a company to achieve effective control and prevention of risks. It also details how the legal entity, in its status as a procedural subject, must prove the effectiveness of said compliance program in order to be exempt from liability for the commission of an offense carried out by a manager or subordinate belonging to the business organization.

Methodology: lt was used an application design, because it is oriented to solve a problem, which ¡is the lack of a methodology for the development of the processes of the Program of Maintenanceof School Premises. Results: Procedures and format based on flow charts of the School Site Maintenance Program processes were designed, which allowed a better understanding ofthe users. Conclusion: A methodology was developed for the quality assurance of the School Site Maintenance Program, which improved the effectiveness of the maintenance of the educational infrastructure of the Tacna Region.

This research had as objective develop, implement and validate lexicons (write to the dictation of words and sentences to assess mastery of the phonological path and write words to assess the visual route spelling), a program of stimulation of the psychological processes of the writing: syntactic process (ordering and complete words, placing punctuation) and planning of measured Scripture through the construction of a sequence of stories and the drafting of a descriptive and narrative text. The sample was comprised of 111 students in 2nd and 3rd grade primary school (56 of the control group and 55 of the experimental group) of two state educational institutions of Callao. The article exposes the results of a critical analysis of the implementation process of the program Escuela Nueva in Colombia. It proposes a review at the policy borrowing process from an international perspective, as well as a description of the dynamics of implementation within the Colombian context. For such aim, an exhaustive analysis was performed by implementing a qualitative documentary review, using a typological sample selection of sources. The conclusions suggest the need to consider attendance and transition indicators as key elements for decision making regarding the continuity, diversification and improvement of the program, as well as the urgency of unifying the national goals in pursuit of a coordinated implementation of rural programs.

Objective: To evaluate the advantages of using movies as a tool in the teaching-learning process in medicine and health sciences PhD programs. Materials and methods: Twenty-one (21) PhD students participated in the study: nine (09) from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP) and twelve (12) from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). Thirteen (13) were males and eight (08) were females. Males’ average age was 43.54 and females’ was 56.75. Being the most massive means in terms of its ability to arrive, and the most experienced by its volume of production, as well as its varied historical uses, however, is the least explored and investigated. The objectives of communicative research still prioritize the study of those media where the hegemonic economic and ideological sectors in our societies reproduce their power with greater evidence.
