Forest fires are a potential threat to life, as they contribute to reducing forest areas, impact on the services we expect from ecosystems, the health of the inhabitants is affected by smoke and the economic costs for the recovery of affected areas is high. The objective of the study is to apply fuzzy logic to model the risk of forest fires in the Cajamarca-Peru region, incorporating variables that represent biological, topographic, socioeconomic, and meteorological factors. The analysis was based on the acquisition, editing and rasterization of the database, application of fuzzy membership functions and image fuzzification, fuzzy superposition and spatial reclassification of forest fire risk. This study aims to design and validate a nutritional recipe for a snack made of Green Banana (Musa paradisiaca) Peel Flour (GBPF) and to assess the nutritional composition and microbiological quality of the flour. Banana peel, a food industry by-product, is a nutritious, low-cost material available for all year. Banana peel flower could be used as a functional ingredient due to its high fiber content and good functional properties. Fundamental rights as private autonomy and business freedom prevent individuals from being unjustifiably restricted from doing a risk analysis and regulating their interests as they please. A restriction is only justified when transaction costs are prohibitive, which depends of the agents that intervene on the economic sector where each regulation is directed. In this article, the author seeks to determine the necessity -if any- of Corporate Law in Peru. In order to achieve this, concepts like Coase’s theorem, the principle of regulatory subsidiarity and different company’s theories will be used and developed. This paper presents the calibration study of a two - dimensional mathematical model for the problem of urban air pollution. It is mainly assumed that air pollution is aected by wind convection, difusion and chemical reactions of pollutants. Consequently, a convection-diusion-reaction equation is obtained as a direct problem. In the inverse problem, the determination of the diusion is analyzed,assuming that one has an observation of the pollutants in a nite time. To solve it numerically the nite volume method is used, the least squares function is considered as cost function and the gradient is calculated with the sensitivity method.

Mathematical modelling applied to batch milling (at experimental level), is a very important tool to simulate and predict the granulometric yield of a given treated ore; this means, for a given duration of milling operation, to obtain an estimate of the corresponding granulometric analysis, which can then be tested with real data later on, to verify the estimates. The model involves the selection and fracture functions depending on each mesh size in the ore distribution. This will allow the prediction of effective and reliable results, saving costs and more importantly, time, without the need to perform the milling process for each prediction of batch milling.

Indecopi has within its functions the defense of free competition and the protection of intellectual property. This institutional design has the advantage of being able to see more clearly what are the points of convergence between the two subject-matter, harmonize them and achieve the goals they have in common. Within this convergence, there are sensitive issues as the granting of compulsory licenses. In this work, we highlight that compulsory licenses are exceptional measures and, to consider its granting, the State must have a procedure that provides confidence and predictability to citizens and clear definitions of what is meant by public interest, emergency and national security. Finally, it is proposed that the granting of compulsory licenses should be justified by a cost benefit analysis showing that is the best choice.
