This paper initially describes aspects of the modeling of structures equipped with energy dissipators Shear Link Bozzo (SLB) and develops two iterative design procedures to select these devices. This methodology is applied to a precast 5-story reinforced concrete building. The SLB energy dissipation devices are initially stiff, but ductile with a range of yielding forces from 36 kN to 900 kN characterized by 52 + 52 standard devices. Moreover, these devices can be combined in parallel giving a very wide range of possibilities for selection and corresponding structural response. The North Peruvian Andes present a remarkable and complete cretaceous sedimentation accumulated in a siliciclastic and carbonate platform, with a very important subsidence; which, during the Cenozoic, was affected by a compressive tectonic style, which generated a system of folds and reverse faults with vergence to the east. This entire system is cut by numerous stocks and porphyritic subvolcanic domes of acid composition, which follow an Andean course (approximately NW-SE), which have served as a source of mineralizing fluids for the different mineralized areas in the strip between the sierra of the department of La Libertad and the south of the department of Cajamarca (7 ° -8 ° S). Nowadays, several computer programs are used for the design of buildings and other structures, each of them with its sequence of design algorithms. However, the competent professional uses conventional design criteria without analyzing the demanding considerations in the modeling of a structure. That is why in this research the objective was to determine the influence of the variation of the structural properties in the analysis of buildings. We consider the adaptive finite element discretization of parameter estimation problems for nonlinear elliptic partial differential equations. The idea is to use a gradient method on the finite-dimensional parameter space for the minimization of the least-squares residual. Since the gradient involves solution of partial differential equations, it is not accesable, and is replaced by an approximation obtained by finite elements. This results into a perturbed gradient method. We use an (a posteriori) error estimator to control the accuracy of the gradient approximation and propose an algorithm, which links the estimator to the progress of the iteration. We show convergence of the algorithm under typical structural assumptions.

The article presents typical profiles of stress-resistant and non-stress-resistant individuals by certain components. Summarizing the factor analysis substantive elements, we identified four leading components of the internal structure of indicators of personality stress relationships by the informative weight of variables: personal; social; typological, and behavioral. We found out that stress-resistant individuals are characterized by a high level of balance, confidence and activity, emotional and volitional self-control, low levels of stress, personal and situational anxiety, high levels of motivation, general and professional internality, readiness for activity, high level of functional system.
