The population dynamics of organisms are strongly influenced by life-history strategies that result from the optimal allocation of energy to vital functions such as growth, reproduction, and survival. These strategies, characterized by phenotypic traits, emerge as evolutionary adaptations to specific ecological conditions and define functional trade-offs relevant facing biotic and abiotic pressures. What is the basis of the crimes perpetrated by State officials (special delicts)? The answer to this question was not always important in the history of the penal doctrine, because only from the work of Claus Roxin was renewed the debate on this type of crimes. The different positions in discussion take their arguments back to the very same concept of a punishable act, whether it is understood as the injury of an interest or as the injury to the validity of the rule. El presente trabajo de investigación muestra los significados del Cuidado desde la Perspectiva Transcultural, que tienen las enfermeras que laboran en los consultorios de Crecimiento y Desarrollo de los Centros de Salud de la Dirección de Salud V Lima-Ciudad. Tuvo como objetivos conocer el significado del cuidado desde la perspectiva Transcultural, caracterizar el cuidado que brindan las enfermeras y analizar la relación entre ambos. Objective: To establish the level of endothelial dysfunction in naval personnel with obesity in military activity of the Peruvian Navy, also relating the degree of endothelial dysfunction with modifiable factors (diet and physical activity), non-modifiable factors (family history) and cardiovascular stratification. This report presents and documents a surgical complication in a 4-year-old Beagle dog, whose bladder was sectioned at the neck level during an exploratory celiotomy performed to correct a stump pyometra originated at the time of a selective ovariohysterectomy. The patient was referred to the ASMEVET Veterinary Medical Hospital in the city of Tunja, Boyacá, Colombia, with a history of vomiting, depression and dysuria days after the surgical procedure. Physical examination revealed increased rectal temperature, prostration, and pain on palpation of the abdomen.
