This study investigated consumers' perceptions of adding bee pollen to bread. An attitude questionnaire composed of 48 statements related to "general health," "light products," "natural products," "salty products," "food as a reward," "pleasure," and "food neophobia" was answered by the participants, who indicated their level of agreement with each statement according to a 5-point Likert scale, ranging from (1) "totally disagree" to (5) "totally agree." A check-all-that-apply (CATA) questionnaire was also employed to characterize 12 visual stimuli. The creation of stimuli was carried out using a factorial design, resulting in 12 images of bread. Three clusters of consumers were identified, each associating positive attributes with stimuli containing bee pollen, regardless of the health claim, while negative attributes were associated with stimuli without added pollen. A neural network is a mathematical model that is able to perform a task automatically or semi-automatically after learning the human knowledge that we provided. Moreover, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a type of sophisticated neural network that has shown to efficiently learn tasks related to the area of image analysis (among other areas). One example of these tasks is image segmentation, which aims to find regions or separable objects within an image. A more specific type of segmentation called semantic segmentation, makes sure that each region has a semantic meaning by giving it a label or class. Objective:To identify obstacles and errors that manifest students of the National University of Apurimac –Micaela Bastidasregarding the use of different representations of the function concept. Method:Descriptive study with non-experimental design of simple descriptive type. The collection of information was done through a questionnaire composed of 9 open questions, a sample of 99 students from different careers of the University. Current diagnostic methods exhibit several disadvantages; one of the most promising alternatives to overcome this is the development of nanostructured diagnostic systems which are able to detect molecules associated with certain diseases. En este trabajo de investigación, se estudiaron que compuestos son más óptimos como material adsorbente para el tratamiento de aguas, trabajando con ferrita y diatomita naturales. Para optimizar las propiedades de adsorción de cada uno de los materiales, se buscó adherir un compuesto derivado del carbono como el grafeno de tal forma que se pueda crear sinergias con sus propiedades excepcionales de adsorción, ya probados para la eliminación de metales pesados y contaminantes del agua. Se determinaron las condiciones óptimas para maximizar el porcentaje de remoción de los metales pesados como iones Pb2+ y Zn2+ de soluciones binarias acuosas mediante el uso de una zeolita químicamente modificada llamado NeoniteMR. De la caracterización por DRX, FRX, FTIR y adsorción-desorción de N2, se establece que el NeoniteMR está compuesto principalmente por la zeolita natural clinoptilolita, teniendo SiO2, Na2O, SO3 y Al2O3 como los componentes principales; la relación Si/Al fue de 3,8 y los principales cationes intercambiables son Na+, Ca2+ y K+, el área de superficie BET fue de 24,31 m2/g. El estudio estuvo conformado por 50 Cirujanos Dentistas que trabajaron en el Hospital PNP “Luis N. Sáenz” y la Clínica Odontológica Especializada Angamos, se utilizaron dos instrumentos validados internacionalmente, el de Estrés laboral de la OIT-OMS conformado por 25 ítems y la de Limitación funcional por lumbalgia de Oswestry conformado por 10 ítems. A partir de los datos analizados se concluyó que existe relación significativa positiva alta entre Estrés laboral y Limitación funcional por lumbalgia (Rs=0.676, p=0.000).

Esta investigación analiza las estrategias de reencuadre (Baker, 2006) y la transferencia de las funciones comunicativas (Nord, 2010) en las noticias traducidas del español al inglés por la Agencia Peruana de Noticias Andina, agencia de noticias oficial del Estado peruano. Este medio de comunicación emplea la traducción para ampliar su público lector hacia agentes extranjeros que estén interesados en visitar e invertir en el Perú, de manera que se favorezca la economía del país (Andina, 2016). This thesis proposes a novel approach for a nonlinear adaptive observer design applied to a reverse osmosis desalination plant. The considered mathematical model of the de- salination system includes nonlinearities of the states and the parameters that cannot be handled with previously published estimation methods which are based on the mod- ulating function technique. Therefore, the proposed real-time capable approach uses a decoupled parameter estimator and state observer.
