The purpose of this paper is to study the possible morphological and functional abnormalities of the small intestine in patients undergoing antrectomy and vagotomy for duodenal ulcer. The relevant literature is scarce and this has led us to undertake a comprehensive study in patients admitted to the Gastroenterology Service of the Hospital Obrero de Lima . Studies on intestinal biopsy in ulcer patients who have been subjected to different types of operation : gastrectomy, vagotomy and pyloroplasty , but none in patients with antrectomy and truncal vagotomy . It is this circumstance which gives originality to this work, so the study of Ia digestive capacity of the patient and the other with a remote monitoring post-operative data is added . We do not intend to judge the advantages and disadvantages of certain types of operation; We have just finalized the search for intestinal disorders ....

In 14 women with cervical factor infertility functional postcoital tests preovulatory 30 days, with accurate counts of spermatozoa in mucus cervicaI and intrauterine contents were made. The values are compared with the breasts of 19 women, multiparous. A normal patient and two infertile were followed with serial through a full cycle. Exact quantification of mucus crystallization, made by a new method, proved to be a good criterion for evaluating the cervical penetrability. A intracervical level infertile group results were not significantly different from controls; a slight decrease of mobile sperm directional no practical value. By contrast, intrauterine level in infertile sperm group were detected in only 7 of the 30 cases with very low concentrations; in the control group were 18 of 19 cases. Introduction Accumulating epidemiological evidence points to strong genetic susceptibility to placental abruption (PA). However, characterization of genes associated with PA remains incomplete. We conducted a genome-wide association study (GWAS) of PA and a meta-analysis of GWAS. Methods Participants of the Placental Abruption Genetic Epidemiology (PAGE) study, a population based case-control study of PA conducted in Lima, Peru, were genotyped using the Illumina HumanCore-24 BeadChip platform. Genotypes were imputed using the 1000 genomes reference panel, and >4.9 million SNPs that passed quality control were analyzed. La tuberculosis pulmonar es una enfermedad prevalente con alta morbilidad y mortalidad, ha evidenciado dejar secuelas pulmonares. Objetivo: Determinar el efecto del tratamiento completo para TBC MDR en la función pulmonar, Hospital Cayetano Heredia 2024. Diseño del estudio: Estudio cuasi-experimental, de corte longitudinal pareado, se tomarán datos de función pulmonar (espirometría y prueba de caminata de 6 minutos) antes del inicio y al finalizar el tratamiento de TBC-MDR. Población y muestra: Paciente con diagnóstico de TBC-MDR; que reciben tratamiento completo con esquema específico. The aim of the present work was to optimize the sensorial and technological features of ice cream. The experimental work was performed in two stages: 1) optimization of lactose enzymatic hydrolysis, and 2) optimization of the process and product. For the first stage a complete factorial design was developed, optimized using both response surface and the steepest ascent method. In the second stage a mixture design was performed, combining the process variables. The product with the best sensorial acceptance, high yield and low cost was selected. The acceptance of the product was developed by an untrained taster’s panel. As a main result the sensorial and technological features of the final product were improved, establishing the optimum parameters for its elaboration.

Objetivo: Identificar la funcionalidad familiar en familias con adolescentes residentes del Asentamiento Humano Laderas de Chillón en Puente Piedra – 2022. Materiales y métodos: Esta investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo y su diseño metodológico es de diseño descriptivo, transversal y no experimental. La técnica para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento empleado fue el cuestionario de funcionalidad familiar FACES IV conformado por 42 ítems. Resultados: En cuanto a la Funcionalidad familiar en familias con adolescentes, predominó familia funcional con 72,29% (n=253), familia muy funcional con 14,86% (n=52) y familia algo funcional con 12,86% (n=45). This paper analyzes the sentence "no hay un solo amigo en el mundo" and explains two possible interpretations: in the first interpretation, there is no friend in the world and in the second, there is more than one. Our analysis is based on the syntactic behavior of the negative operator and suggests that, in one of the interpretations, the operator satisfies the so-called "Neg Criterion" generating negative concord, and, in the other interpretation, it does not. The final objective of this document is to present the descriptive and theoretical tools to approach this type of negation case from a syntactic perspective.

El objetivo de este estudio fue revisar la evidencia empírica de investigaciones que han estudiado la relación entre funcionalidad familiar y depresión en adolescentes; asimismo, se extrajeron artículos científicos de bases de datos electrónicas como Scopus, ProQuest, ApaPsynet, PubMed, EBSCO y ScienceDirect. Se seleccionaron las investigaciones a texto completo que correlacionaban ambas variables en adolescentes (n=7). La metodología para seleccionar los estudios consideró algunos puntos propuestos por el modelo Prisma estableciendo criterios de inclusión y exclusión en base a la problemática que se plantea. La presente investigación estudia la aplicación del Programa Pensión 65 en la provincia de Talara, en especial en los distritos de Pariñas y El Alto. El objeto es identificar aquello que impide la participación de los beneficiarios en las acciones de revaloración y desarrollo de las competencias de los adultos mayores. Para este fin, se establecieron tres preguntas relacionadas a la cautela de los derechos de igualdad, justicia y libertad de los adultos mayores; además, los recursos que se emplean para el desarrollo del programa Pensión 65; y finalmente, la percepción de los beneficiarios respecto dicha iniciativa social. Uno de los intereses para la producción de orquídeas en la región San Martin es encontrar un sustrato adecuado y que sea accesible localmente. Este sustrato debe contar con ciertas características de ser inerte y durable en el tiempo, que sea muy ligero cuando este en la maceta, de fácil dren cuando esté sometido a riego y al mismo tiempo que adsorba agua lo suficiente para las raíces de las orquídeas, que de aereacion a las raíces, y lo más importante que no se pudra muy rápido. Carious lesions have been the main cause of premature loss of dental pieces in the deciduous dentition, there are a number of treatments which are focused on the prevention of the dental organ, to restore the anatomy of the dental pieces or the exodontics thereof.
