The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of the population of Lima about the professional functions of the veterinarian (VM) A study was developed based on virtual surveys aimed at residents of Metropolitan Lima, in which recognized functions of veterinary doctors were shown. The respondents had to give their opinion if the functions corresponded exclusively to the VM, shared with other professions or if they were attributed to other professions. In total, 671 valid surveys were obtained. The main functions attributed exclusively to the VM were to treat or prevent diseases in pets (87.6%), to promote responsible pet ownership (76.8%), to control dogs or other stray animals (67.5%), to investigate the form of transmission of animal diseases (62.4%). This article aims to analyze the attributions and the legal and administrative nature which has be granted to the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) after the normative change that will play a key role in the correct implementation thereof. The author makes a brief analysis and comment on the Law n. 30933, specifying the purpose of the law and its scope, dealing with the notarial function in relation to non-contentious matters, analyzing the notary powers the non-contentious nature of the procedure originated by the Law, to later deal with its relationship with the eviction process institute. The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. In this article, the author analyzes the distribution of functions between SuSalud and Indecopi, regarding the mandates of Legislative Decree 1158. In particular, the author addresses the functions of administrative regulation related to infractions in the provision of health services by the private sector in our national scope.This is done taking into account considerations that are inherent to a fundamental right as the right to health, which implies an active duty for the State as a whole. This is the reason why intense criticisms are raised about the way in which the distribution of functions has been regulated among public administration bodies, through confusing rules that signifi cantly increase the costs faced by consumers to present their complaints.

In the present work the level of competition and banking efficiency in Peru is studied for the period 2011 2016 with monthly frequency data, through the estimation by the panel data technique of the Boone index for the banking credit system in global and disaggregated into four types of loans, such as wholesalers, retailers, consumer and mortgage. Given the importance of an efficient and competitive banking system for the development of countries, this study shows evidence of the evolution of the Boone Index, one of the indicators most used by the new empirical industrial organization to measure competition and efficiency in industries. Specifically, evidence is left on the hypothesis that concentration increases competition and thus efficiency, does not show clear results at all. JEL: G21; L11.

En el presente trabajo se estudia el nivel de competencia y eficiencia bancaria en el Perú para el periodo 2011 - 2016 con datos de frecuencia mensual, a través de la estimación por la técnica de datos de panel del índice de Boone para el sistema crediticio bancario en global y desagregado en cuatro tipos de créditos, como son: mayoristas, minoristas, de consumo e hipotecarios. Dada la importancia de un sistema bancario eficiente y competitivo para el desarrollo de los países este estudio muestra evidencia de la evolución del Índice de Boone, uno de los indicadores más usado por la nueva organización industrial empírica para medir la competencia y eficiencia en las industrias. Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. The aim of the article to demonstrate the necessity of a critical view on the construct of «competence» because of semantic and epistemic gaps. The analysis of the historical evolution of «competence» clarifies its origin and meanings. The epistemological analysis identifies the principle of efficiency as the basis of competence and also of programming and organization of educational process, based on this approach. The result of this double analysis highlights the intrinsic limits of the educational approach by competencies putting it in question.
