Intercultural communication is considered a progressively developing trend, both abroad and in modern Russia. The concept of Western research on this topic is interdisciplinary approaches this situation is conditioned by the need for a multilateral analysis of the processes taking place in this field. Attention is focused on studying the barriers to communication of representatives of many socio-cultural systems. The information reflects the experience of using Western methodology to analyze the problems of intercultural interaction. The main barriers that reduce the effectiveness of interactions are the differences in cognitive schemes that are relevant for representatives of certain cultures (in particular linguistic and non-verbal schemes, moments of public consciousness). This master thesis is devoted to the state estimation of a particular form of PDE systems, coupled parabolic PDEs with spatial dependent coefficients. This form of PDEs represent some dynamic systems such as Tubular Reactors, Diffusion in lithium-ion cells and Diffusive Gradient in Thin Films sensor. Other methods for this problem use "Backstepping" observers, in which the estimation error system is transformed into another system that is stable, reducing the problem to calculate the Kernel functions making the transformation possible. In some cases this calculation is not simple, also the simulation in real time of the observer system, that is also a PDE, can be difficult. The essay addresses the restitutions derived from the resolution for non-compliance in a comparative way within the “legal Latinity”. It compares the solutions accepted in Italian law (European legal latinity), and those of two Latin American legal systems, Colombia, and Peru. From the point of view of the discipline dedicated to resolution (termination) and its consequences, the Italian and Peruvian codes are the most advanced, while the Colombian one, which dates from the nineteenth century, leaves ample room for the jurisprudential development of this remedy. A quasi-three-dimensional solution for the bending analysis of simply supported orthotropic piezoelectric shallow shell panels subjected to thermal, mechanical and electrical potential is introduced. The mechanical governing equations are derived in term of three-dimensional equilibrium relations and the classical Maxwell's equations. The trough-the-thickness temperature is modeled by the Fourier's heat conduction equation. The coupled partial differential equations are solved by Navier closed form solutions. The antibiotically bioactive thiopeptide compound kocurin was identified in extracts from a newly isolated Kocuria rosea strain. The axenic strain was retrieved from a soil sample of the intertidal area at the Paracas National Park, Peru. The genetic basis of this promising natural product with activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) strains was revealed by comparative genome analysis of this new isolate and other reported thiopeptide producer strains. The functionality of the predicted gene locus was experimentally proven by heterologous expression in Streptomyces coelicolor M1146. Expression of the gene cluster under the control of a constitutive promoter enabled the transgenic strain to produce kocurin in selected media. The kocurin biosynthetic gene cluster comprises nine open reading frames and spans around 12 kbp of the genome.

It is vitally important to carry out studies that provide knowledge about history, since this is the basis for the interpretation and enhancement of heritage. In this case, given the scarce material evidence related to the Conchos prison, it is necessary to make a reconstruction or interpretation on a hypothetical level of its structure and spaces, to better understand its functioning, as well as its role in defense, but above all, in the settlement of Nueva Vizcaya. We worked based on our experience on the subject, reviewing the historiography and also through a comparative analysis between interpretation proposals, as well as making analogies with other contemporary fortifications. Thus, a satisfactory identification and reconstruction of the property was achieved, allowing clarity about its history and role within the occupation and pacification of colonial northern Mexico.
