This study examines the judicialization of reproductive rights in Peru and Chile, focusing on the influence of extralegal factors on judicial decisions related to the distribution of the Emergency Oral Contraceptive (EOC) during the periods 2006-2009 and 2007-2008, respectively. Through a comparative analysis, the study explores the impact of ideology, legal culture, and conservative social movements on judicial decision-making in both cases. The study concludes that these determinants, acting interdependently, function as causal mechanisms in judicial decision-making, explaining shifts in positions and arguments in both Chile and Peru. Additionally, the study highlights that the judicialization of emergency contraceptive methods has had both positive and negative impacts on women’s reproductive rights.

Objetivo: Sistematizar las evidencias sobre la a máquina de perfusión hipotérmica comparada con almacenamiento en frio para la disminución del riesgo de desarrollar la función retardada del injerto en trasplante renal de donante fallecido. La salinización del suelo es un creciente problema ambiental que reduce el crecimiento y la capacidad fotosintética de las especies vegetales, siendo un factor determinante en la composición, distribución geográfica y diversidad de las comunidades de plantas, principalmente en ecosistemas áridos y semiáridos. Ante la salinización del suelo, las plantas reducen el impacto negativo del estrés salino sobre su desempeño biológico a través de cambios morfológicos, fisiológicos y bioquímicos. El estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar la percepción sensorial de la carne de cerdo criollo San Pedreño. Se planeó un experimento con 39 consumidores no entrenados a los cuales se les presentó carne de cerdo criollo San Pedreño y Carne de cerdo Comercial en un diseño de sobre cambio con tres tiempos y seis mesas. Las muestras (A, para San Pedreño y B, para comercial) fueron codificadas con base en un diseño de sobrecambio en dos secuencias de presentación ABA y BAB. El presente, es un trabajo descriptivo, observacional, transversal, realizado en 72 pacientes mayores de 20 años, con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica, en terapia de Hemodiálisis mayor a tres meses en el Centro de Hemodiálisis del Hospital Jorge Reátegui Delgado Essalud - Piura en el periodo Diciembre 2013 - Febrero 2014, para lo cual se utilizó el Cuestionario SF-36.
