Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. To determine the results and test the formulated hypotheses, descriptive statistics were applied for frequency tables and graphs, as well as inferential statistics, where the correlation index was interpreted. The joint stock company thus becomes a legal figure that rests on the concept of «capital» which is his essence, term whose understanding is based on the distinction between «patrimony» and «social capital»; social capital that is governed by the principles of determination and unity of the Social Capital, and stability of Capital, those who complete the defence of the capital of the company by shares, with which it is intended to give adequate protection to the business.

This study estimates the economic costs of mining pollution on water resources for the years 2008 and 2009 based on the conceptual framework of Environmental Efficiency. This framework identifies such costs as the mining companies’ trade-off between increasing production that is saleable at market prices (desirable output) and reducing the environmental pollution that emerges from the production process (undesirable output). These economic costs were calculated from parametric and non parametric production possibility frontiers for 28 and 37 mining units in 2008 and 2009, respectively, which were under the purview of the National Campaign for Environmental Monitoring of Effluent and Water Resources, conducted by the Energy and Mining Investment Supervisory Agency (Osinergmin) in those years. This investigation led proposes the articulation, in a conception as a whole, of a new theoretical model based on the stablishment of three functions of Public Relations that should be present in public and private organizations, that are, the relational function, the communicational function and the synergy function. The objective of the study was to determine the perception of the level of use of digital marketing in collaborators of tourism companies in the Central Region of Peru. The research approach was quantitative, the study design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, the level of the research was descriptive, developed based on the perspective of Selman (2017)) which had 12 items, the dimensions were functionality flow, feedback and loyalty, the sample consisted of 13 tourism companies and 120 collaborators. Mining company towns are concrete sites where the spatial government of mining companies and its consequences can be studied. In this thesis I did a qualitative case study on the new mining company town Kalumbila based on three months of field work between June and September 2019. Kalumbila is being developed next to a copper mine owned by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (FQM) in the Northwestern Province of Zambia. It is a particularly interesting case to study, as it is presented as a model town, open to non-miner residents and investors and designed to be sustainable and outlive the mine’s lifespan. The objective of this research is to analyze the sustainability information published on corporate websites and study the factors that determine the level of disclosure of this information in Peruvian listed companies for the year 2018. For this purpose, the study conducted a content analysis of web pages of 151 listed companies to establish a compliance index of sustainability information and examined whether the variables size, profitability, transnational nature and type of business activity were significant in this index. These reforms meant the liberalization of the transportation system, with which various restrictions were removed and state intervention was limited. This had repercussions on the operation of companies, as occurs in the labour sphere.
