In the present’s paper studying a strategy for a typo of convex problem, we treat a linear programming problem whose coefficient of decision variables in the objective function has a nonlinear behavior. When the coefficients are constant the Simplex Method solves these problems without much difficulty, but when the coefficients are no longer constant and the Simplex does not work. We propose a technique that exploits the convex behavior of these coefficients and uses the theory of approximation by piecewise linear functions.

The complexity in our programs increases along with the problems we deal with. A way of solving them is to repeat more than once the same structures, just like traditional or imperative programming accustomed us to. This article explores the relationships among C++ templates, generic programming and the ability to develop statistics computations and generation of codes. Several developers use languages of high level to developers use languages of high level to develop applications in scientific computation; and the mechanism of templates in C++ allows them to solve important problems in the design of libraries of class.

This article has been elaborated with the purpose of revising the teaching formation in service of the public school teachers, especially in Peru, helping to understand the teaching formation itself as a complex phenomenon, with multiple sides. The process of creation of the educational policies must be in accordance with plans that come after them. The politics and the programs of training argue, among their objectives, the possibility of transforming the practice in something better, the article analyzes the process to achieve the transformation. Additionally, a brief presentation of the program of teaching formation, implemented by the Ministry of Education in 2002, is shown.

Este documento evalúa el impacto de un programa de crédito educativo sobre el tiempo necesario para concluir los estudios universitarios en una universidad grande en Perú. Los préstamos han sido entregados a estudiantes con bajos ingresos que muestran un desempeño académico satisfactorio. La decisión de aplicar o no por un préstamo depende de cada estudiante, por lo tanto el análisis de regresión simple podría fallar en la estimación de este impacto debido al problema del regresor endógeno. En este estudio se utiliza una aproximación de variables instrumentales, y se encuentra que los estudiantes con préstamos obtienen sus grados más rápidamente que similares estudiantes sin préstamo.

The main objective of this research is to evaluate the influence of project-based learning with the Arduino platform on the development of programming skills of students of the Computer Systems Engineering degree at the Universidad Privada del Norte 2023. The research methodology was framed by a quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental design. To carry out the field work, the following instruments were used: a survey, an pretest and posttest. Introduction: The internship in obstetrics is 6 to 10 months, depending on the university. The clinical obstetrician instructors of the high-risk obstetric service (ARO) observed that this variation affected the acquisition of skills required of the interns in the care of obstetric complications. It was decided to implement an educational program for obstetric interns from different universities focused on the acquisition of five basic competencies for the care of obstetric complications. In the last decade the multicore processors had emerged with the comeback of the symmetric multiprocessing (SMP) after a long decade in which the based OpenMPI clusters had dominated the high performace processing world. Actually, we have in the market 2, 4 and 6 multicore processors; the Cell BE processors with a Power Processor Element (PPE) and 8 vectorial processors called Synergistic Processor Element (SPE), and graphics processors which have from 48 to 448 cores dedicated to numerical tasks. In the present work, we show our experience in the interaction with these processors, discussing the programming techniques and the future possibilities for making low cost numerical tasks.

At present, teaching programming to future teachers is superficial or is excluded from computer science curricular. Only programming fundamentals are taught during computer studies, and skills acquired during the training are not applied in practice. The aims of this article are 1) to develop a programming course for teacher training disciplines that are taught in training units of the Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU), and 2) give recommendations to apply features of the programming language Python in the professional activities of future teachers. Introduction. Type 2 diabetes is a public health problem whose management is very complex, recognizingmultiple problems and limitations for an adequate control of the disease. Objective. To determine the effect of educational program added to the usual treatment, in the control of patients with type 2 diabetes in a peruvian national hospital. Methods. A longitudinal analytical study of three months of follow-up was conducted. Fifty consecutive patients with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes who were treated in the outpatient clinical of the endocrinology service agreed to voluntarily participate in the four sessions in groups of 5-8 participants (1session/week). Method: This research is quantitative, longitudinal, non-experimental, with a descriptive and correlational scope. The objective of the present study has been to carry out the andragogic program “Organic Crops” for the development of experiential learning. In this research, a group of 60 farmers from a community located south of Lima (Peru) participated.
