This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. This framework demonstrates that axiological coherence provides the technical robustness, sustainability, and social relevance required for responsible biotechnological innovation. This research has led to construct an artificial neural network ARN with Radial Basis Function, and using Mahalanobis distance RND, for improving the quality of process design, which have performed better than those obtained with the for traditional statistical analysis of design of experiments and other RNA that already exist, for cases that are working with several independent and dependent variables in which its relations are not linear. It also allows with the RND obtain input parameters to achieve a desired level of quality, for it applies a methodology that uses RNAReverse and Direct at once.

Esta investigación ha permitido construir una Red Neuronal Artificial RNA con Función de Base Radial, y que utiliza la distancia de Mahalanobis RND, para la mejora de la calidad de diseño de procesos, obteniendo mejores resultados que los obtenidos con los análisis estadísticos tradicionales para los diseños experimentales y las RNA ya existentes, para los casos que se trabaje con varias variables dependientes e independientes y en los que sus relaciones no sean lineales. Asimismo, al RND permite obtener parámetros de entrada para lograr un nivel de calidad deseado; para ello se aplica una metodología que usa las RNA Inversa y Directa a la vez.

Antes de haberse formalizado el concepto del Análisis Multiresolución (AMR), la construcción de bases orto normales de ondículas debió ser demasiado dificultoso. Por ello, el estudio del AM R adquiere importancia y por consiguiente la construcción de Ondículas se hace viable. En la construcción de una ondicula Ψ, debemos determinar una función escala Φ, para luego construir su Análisis Multiresolución asociado; en seguida se pasa a construir Ψ, con propiedades deseadas para las aplicaciones.

Human high-altitude (HA) adaptation or mal-adaptation is explored to understand the physiology, pathophysiology, and molecular mechanisms that underlie long-term exposure to hypoxia. Here, we report the results of an analysis of the largest whole-genome-sequencing of Chronic Mountain Sickness (CMS) and nonCMS individuals, identified candidate genes and functionally validated these candidates in a genetic model system (Drosophila). We used PreCIOSS algorithm that uses Haplotype Allele Frequency score to separate haplotypes carrying the favored allele from the noncarriers and accordingly, prioritize genes associated with the CMS or nonCMS phenotype. COVID-19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, a virus that represents a serious threat to global health. The objective of the article is to deepen into the structure of the structural and non-structural proteins of SARS-CoV-2 and their role during the infection of its target cells; also to propose molecules from in silico studies that inhibit proteins of the viral cycle for potential pharmacological treatments. The SARS-CoV-2 genome has ORFs that encode sixteen non-structural proteins (Nsp1-16), four structural proteins (Spike, Envelope, Membrane, and Nucleocapsid), and nine accessory proteins; that fulfill various functions in the entry of the virus and its viral cycle. In silico studies of drugs such as disulfiram and viomycin, and molecules found in plants as Azadirachta indica, the tea plant, and Andrographis paniculata have shown inhibitory effects on the SARS-CoV-2 viral cycle.

It is interesting to notice that authors such as Théry (1985), le Gall and Marin (1993) and le Gall (1996) who study reconstituted families have not dealt with all of the possible consequences of the idea of family constellation, specially the one which states that the concept of family should include more than just residency. The influence of family and school on the level of independence of pre-school children is a fundamental aspect of integral development in early ages. This study has a quantitative descriptive approach. The aim of this study was to know the degree of Functional Independence in pre-school children in Cuenca (Ecuador). The participants were 30 children (3-5 years old), 15 from a public institution and 15 from a private one. The Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory Computer Adaptive Test (PEDICAT) was used as an evaluation tool, which measures the level of independence in 4 areas. The present article demonstrates the historical bases previous to the success of alternative development in the region San Martín. It shows that anti-drug policy was unable to successfully function during the 1980s due to an absence of basic security conditions in the region. The ar- ticle’s main objective consists in presenting how the state managed to meet said security condi- tions. Thus, this article is divided into two periods of analysis. First, it focuses on the time period from 1980 to 1989 and shows how generalized state repression resulted counterproductive in the region because of strong subversive forces. This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. This form of PDEs represent some dynamic systems such as Tubular Reactors, Diffusion in lithium-ion cells and Diffusive Gradient in Thin Films sensor. Other methods for this problem use "Backstepping" observers, in which the estimation error system is transformed into another system that is stable, reducing the problem to calculate the Kernel functions making the transformation possible.
