La Casación N.º 6157-2018-Arequipa aborda la controversia derivada de una demanda de nulidad de acto jurídico presentada por Arnaldo Agapito Sánchez Tejada, quien impugna la compraventa de un inmueble realizada por su madre y otros coherederos a favor de terceros, pese a la existencia previa de un contrato de permuta por el 33.34 % del bien. Dicha permuta no fue inscrita, mientras que la compraventa sí obtuvo inscripción registral. En primera instancia se declaró fundada la demanda; sin embargo, la Sala Superior revocó parcialmente, limitando la nulidad sólo al porcentaje perteneciente al actor. The objective of this research was to determine the effectiveness of MATLAB software in the application of differential calculus in linear kinematics of a particle in engineering students of the National University of Juliaca, in order to optimize the academic performance of these students. The research design that has been assumed was the quasi-experimental. For the collection of information, the kinematic knowledge test of a particle has been used. The sample of the investigation has been conformed of the students of the second semester of Textile and Apparel Engineering. The results indicate that of 100% of the students in the experimental group, 9% is in the very good category, while in the control group 0% remains in the very good category.

Camera traps allow us to estimate abundance, distribution, habitat use and activity patterns of fauna. It has rarely been used in the study of birds and can be a good option when direct or satellite observation methods are limited. The idea was to test the effectiveness of camera traps, on a small scale, in the study of waterfowl activity patterns, compared to point observation methods. Anas georgica was used as the object of study with the objective of determining their activity patterns in spring-summer and autumn-winter. A camera trap was installed in a temporary wetland active 24 hours a day for one year. Activities were recorded in six time periods: sunrise, morning, afternoon, twilight, night and early morning. Se ha determinado la concentración de aflatoxina total y ocratoxina A en la maca seca y en harina de maca (Lepidium meyenii walp), así como los factores fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos que influyen en su producción. Para ello, se ha recolectado muestras de 4 comunidades productoras y de 4 mercados principales. Los factores extrínsecos como temperatura y humedad relativa promedio son 10 °C y 52,5%, en las comunidades y 15°C y 71% en los mercados; estas condiciones hacen posible el crecimiento y desarrollo de Fusarium avenaceum,Penícillium corylophylum, P.commune, P.chrysogenum, Aspergillus níger, A.flavus, A.ochraceus, esclerotia de A. flavus, Rízophus y levaduras. It has been determined the concentration of total aflatoxin and A ochratoxín in dried maca (Lepidium meyenii walp) and maca flour and the physicochemical and microbiological factors affecting their production. It has been collected samples from 4 productive communitíes and 4 main markets.
