La presente investigación cuantitativa describe la relación entre la identidad profesional y las preferencias profesionales en una muestra de estudiantes (n = 31) de Educación de una universidad privada de Arequipa. Para ello se utilizaron dos instrumentos: (a) el Cuestionario de Identidad Profesional de Walter Arias, y (b) el Inventario de Preferencias Profesionales de José Luis Pereyra. Se encontró que el 62 % de estudiantes de la muestra tienen preferencia por la carrera de Educación, mientras que el 23 % no tiene definidas sus preferencias profesionales. El estudio tiene como propósito, dar a conocer a través de una detallada explicación los caminos que propone la norma específica para incorporar por primera vez un predio en un registro jurídico que en Perú es el Registro de Predios a cargo de Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP). Así, el trabajo consiste en dar a conocer, las formas y procedimientos que la Ley establece para la inscripción de predios con vocación urbana o rural mediante la primera inscripción de dominio que conduzca a la inmatriculación, señalaremos expresamente las vías y los presupuestos necesarios para lograrlo, es necesario recordar que en Perú la inscripción en el Registro de Predios es enteramente facultativa. The results of research on the influence of organizational climate in the structuring of the Strategic Plan in the Higher Pedagogical Institute Paulo Freire Private presented in this article. The analysis of this organization allows establishing the relationship of organizational climate, with respect to the satisfaction of the stakeholders of the institution according to the dimensions of Litwin and Stringer; and the Strategic Plan, to improve their processes in order to become an accredited and recognized institution in the country.

El presente Estudio de Investigación titulado “Rendimiento Masticatorio y Satisfacción en pacientes portadores de Prótesis Total y Parcial Removible a tendidos el en Consultorio Odontológico de la Clínica Los Andes, Andahuaylas 2021” tiene como objetivo, determinar el Efecto del Rendimiento Masticatorio y la Satisfacción Usuaria. Se encontró como Resultados que el Nivel de Rendimiento Masticatorio Alto lo obtuvieron los pacientes portadores de 01 PPR con el 23.3 % del total (14 pacientes); y el Nivel de Rendimiento Masticatorio Bajo fue para los portadores de PT con 33.3 % (20 pacientes, la totalidad); Encontramos también que el Nivel de Satisfacción Alto se obtuvo en el grupo de portadores de 01 PPR con el 16.7 % del total (10 pacientes), mientras que el Nivel de Satisfacción Bajo se presentó en el grupo de portadores de PT con el 30 % del total (18 pacientes)

La presente investigación desarrolla el diseño e implementación de un VoicePortal IP integrando con Kalkun-SMS y Asterisk con el fin de mejorar el proceso de gestión de Notificaciones y Consultas en la Municipalidad Provincial de Otuzco, mediante previa implementación de la central se desarrollaron diversas pruebas tanto de envío de mensajes como de llamadas concurrentes, estas pruebas permitieron mediante su análisis determinar el grado calidad de servicio, el número de llamadas concurrentes, número de SMS concurrentes, Jitter, etc. Con estos datos obtenidos de las pruebas y de la investigación correspondiente se pudo determinar en qué medida se mejora el proceso gestión de notificación y consulta de los contribuyentes en la Municipalidad Provincial de Otuzco.
