In any research process, as we know, the scientific method allows us to detect problems and set objectives. La presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de demostrar que el programa psicopedagógico AFECOGMET desarrolla el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades de la sede Rioja de la UNSM-T, durante el año 2017. El tipo de estudio es aplicado, nivel experimental, con diseño cuasi-experimental y método científico fue el Inductivo-Analítico. Se trabajó con una muestra de 46 estudiantes en el grupo experimental y 46 en el grupo control, empleando 3 cuestionarios confiables y debidamente validados para la recolección de datos de las variables en estudio y se procesó la información a través del software estadístico (SPSSv25). The research addresses occupational burnout on university teachers, understood as progressive loss of energy, emotional exhaustion, fatigue, irritability, negative attitudes and feelings of dissatisfaction. The purpose of the study was to compare the presence of job burnout on teachers of the School of Education and Electronic Engineering from a Public University of Peru. The increase in stress in the population is present in the classroom and notoriously compromises school learning. The purpose of the quantitative study was to design interactive workshops to reduce stress in children aged 10 and 11, using a non probabilistic sample of 30 students. A questionnaire of 19 items, valid (99%) and reliable (94%) was used. Among the main results, 80% were found to have health problems at medium and high levels. Regarding the school environment, 100% were located in the extreme levels of stress, where more than 60% border worrying ranges. Introduction: Study or independent work is a strategy that students develop to achieve the proposed training objectives. Diverse countries consider independent study as counting inside of credits from the formative program. Material and methods: A transverse, descriptive, and observational study was carried out. The population was composed of 49 students enrolled in the Undergraduate Stomatology Program of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, in the year 2021. The questionnaire in Google forms consisted of eleven questions and was sent by institutional email. The survey was validated (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.96). Results: 81.6% were women. The effect of the physical neuroeducation program on cognitive functions was evaluated in fourth-grade students at the República de Venezuela 2024 Elementary School.
