Os produtos defensivos tem sido utilizados em grande escala para garantir a produtividade de diversas culturas. O uso indiscriminado destes produtos tem resultado em impactos negativos ao ambiente, principalmente com resíduos tóxicos na água, solo, ar, plantas e animais. O fipronil é um inseticida que pertence ao grupo dos fenilpirazois utilizado amplamente na cultura de cana-de-açúcar, que por lixiviação ou encorreamento aumenta as possibilidades de atingir o ecosistema aquático. O presente estudo objetivou avaliar o risco ambiental ecotoxicológico a partir da concentração letal 50 durante 96 h (CL 50 96h) para Poecilia reticulata, em ausência e presença de sedimento, valor que foi estimado em 0,08 ± 0,01 mg/L para o primeiro e 0,09 ± 0,01 mg/L para o segundo. Realiza predicciones y ajustes de información actuarial. Este trabajo propone usar los modelos multiniveles robustos para modelar datos del área de actuaria; en particular, ajustar el riesgo colectivo. El abordaje utilizado fue realizado usando el paradigma de Bayes. De este modo, los estimadores del valor de la prima de seguros son calculados en situaciones de super dispersión y con información atípica. Se evalúa la capacidad predictiva del modelo vía uso de resultados de la teoría de decisión estadística.

This research paper addresses the situation of the Guaná language in Paraguay, one of the indigenous peoples of the Maskoy linguistic family, highlighting the challenges and opportunities for its revitalization through artificial intelligence. Among the main justifications is that the Guaná language faces a serious threat of extinction, with only three elderly native speakers, which requires comprehensive measures for its preservation. The objective of the paper is to analyze the proposal for the integration of artificial intelligence in an educational curriculum for the revitalization of the Guaná language. The objective of this article is to examine, through a functional methodology, the risks involved in put options related to investments in the energy sector, which presents several peculiarities. The study consists of delimiting which risks are or are not inserted in the normal scope of the contract. The option is examined from a functional perspective: whether its function is merely speculative or whether its purpose is to remove one of the partners. Considering the risks that exceed the normal range (alea normal), the possibility of contractual revision or termination is examined, analyzing the legal requirements contained in articles 317, 478 and 480 of the Brazilian Civil Code.

En el presente artículo se realiza un escrutinio bibliográfico con el empeño de detallar las percepciones educativas frente a las conductas sexuales de riesgo del adolescente; del mismo modo, se pretende describir una serie de criterios que nos ayudaran a evaluar en el tiempo la complejidad de la educación sexual. Siguiendo una metodología descriptiva, del cual damos a conocer de manera general como ha ido influyendo la formación sexual de las juventudes en la predisposición de ejecutar prácticas seguras que eviten enfermedades sexuales, las cuales pueden causar serios problemas en su salud física y mental. Como resultados se encontraron 54 artículos que cumplían con los criterios de búsqueda según la metodología. O presente artigo fará um levantamento bibliográfico com o objetivo de detalhar as percepções educacionais sobre comportamentos sexuais de risco entre adolescentes. Da mesma forma, descreverá uma série de critérios que nos ajudarão a avaliar a complexidade da educação sexual ao longo do tempo. Seguindo uma metodologia descritiva, mostraremos de forma geral como a educação sexual de jovens tem influenciado a predisposição para a execução de práticas seguras que evitem doenças sexualmente transmissíveis que podem causar graves problemas em sua saúde física e mental. En la actualidad en el Perú, existen 80 establecimientos ya confirmados que se dedican al tratamiento de rehabilitación y terapia física. Dentro de Lima y Callao se encuentran 45 de ellos, de los cuales solo cuatro de estos son Centros especializados en rehabilitación, que cuentan con equipos adecuados para los tratamientos requeridos según la necesidad del paciente. En nuestro país, 932 mil personas tienen limitaciones de forma permanente para moverse, caminar y/o usar extremidades del cuerpo. In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

It addresses from a linguistic point of view the general characteristics of the Spanish amixer code, (or Spanish amixer), which is a graphic code used by teenagers on the Internet, specifically on Facebook, its sources and basic training mechanisms, based on the analysis of a linguistic corpus. A description of the amixer and social media social group is made to extend the approach to this code.

So far, Peruvian nuclear research reactors RP-10 and RP-0 have been operating only with uranium oxide fuel elements (U3O8+Al). In the future RP-10 reactor will operate with mixed cores (U3Si2+Al, U3O8+Al). For this reason the calculus capacity has to be increased in order to be able to handle the new fuel management. Since preparation of nuclear libraries for diffusion calculation requires a significant amount of computational and human resources a new tool that processes libraries generation and diffusion calculations is necessary.

The objective of this investigation is to identify and examine the characteristic segments that channel a type of discourse in the form of radio spots that infringes the Spanish advertising code of conduct. The work is focused on one of the most important principles for the consumer: that of truthfulness. The different types of misleading advertising have been analysed by means of factor analysis and its subsequent interpretation, based on a representative sample of radio spots that takes into account their broadcast frequency.

The title of this essay refers primarily to the positive rule governing the institution of divorce in Peru: the art. 348 of the Civil Code. This rule is widely developed in the Code and subsequent laws have being expanded the scope to include causal divorce that contradicts logic and common sense. Besides, it refers to what Gilbert K. Chesterton called “superstition divorce”: the perverse argument that states divorce is the panacea for all problems in family relationships. The author argues that for reasons of legal, ethical, social, political and anthropological nature, the state and society are obliged to promote and defend marriage and the family; and the indissoluble character of marriage.
