In view of the need to improve course descriptions, the most recent graduate classes of initial training of Preschool Teachers at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona have been studied in order to gain insight on the status of the student assessment systems. The methodology used was qualitative using focus groups of teachers and graduates of the last four classes (2007-2011). The results show similar perceptions regarding coherence among the different course program items and the transparency of the assessment methods applied. Some different perceptions have been noticed in respect to the instruments used, the feedback provided and the cognitive abilities more frequently assessed. Susana Reisz Candreva (Buenos Aires, 1941), profesora universitaria, crítica literaria y doctora en Filología clásica por la Universidad de Heidelberg en Alemania. Autora de los libros: Teoría Literaria. Una propuesta (1986), Teoría y análisis del texto literario (1989) y Voces sexuadas. Género y poesía en Hispanoamérica (1996). Fue decana de la Facultad de Letras y Ciencias Humanas de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú entre 2011 y 2017. Forma parte del Grupo de Investigación en Estudios de Género de la PUCP. En la siguiente entrevista con Espinela comparte sus impresiones sobre su labor docente, los inicios de los estudios de género y feminismo en el Perú, las tendencias de los estudios literarios y sus proyectos de investigación. Espinela se suma al homenaje que este 2022 la PUCP le brindó por su trayectoria académica.

Las nuevas orientaciones de la educación y la necesidad, casi universal, de reforma de estructuras, métodos y procedimientos, la conciencia de responsabilidad en la formación auténtica de las nuevas generaciones, todo ello, en conjunto y con distintas perspectivas, indica que hallaron en una etapa de reestructuración pedagógica permanente, muchas veces, sin éxito, situaciones que motivaron para investigar el tema COMPETENCIAS DEL PROFESORADO EN EDUCACIÓN FÍSICA. Más aún cuando en los tiempos actuales las tecnologías de la información invaden con productos que educan y deseducan, dependiendo de los entornos inmediatos donde se desenvuelve la persona, cuyo reto de los profesionales de la educación es capacitarse para estar a la altura de las circunstancias.

La educación emocional muchas veces es comprendida y vista de modo abstracto en la educación formal. A través de iniciativas aisladas o con poca o nula evidencia científica se llevan a cabo actividades sobre ella y sin embargo no se mide su efectividad. Aún no hay rutas claras y efectivas sobre cómo incorporarla en los currículos escolares. El proyecto Aráu busca aproximar las investigaciones y avances teóricos y prácticos que ya se han venido aplicando desde el siglo pasado que sirvan como guías para educador@s y gestor@es educativos que busquen incorporarla en sus escuelas. A lo largo de la historia los profesores han ido adquiriendo derechos laborales, muchos de estos gracias a luchas continuas, es por esto que el estado peruano ha ido otorgando y reconociendo diferentes beneficios a los profesores del sector público, es así que en el año 1990 a través de la ley del profesorado N°25212 se otorga a los profesores una bonificación denominado preparación de clases y evaluación, actualmente (BONESP), así mismo a través del decreto supremo N°154- 1991-EF se otorga la bonificación denominada transitoria para homologación (TPH), además en el Art. 52° de la ley del profesorado N°25212 se establece una remuneración personal del 2% de la remuneración básica por cada año de servicios cumplidos, sin embargo al realizar un estudio de la aplicación de estas normas antes mencionadas se puede apreciar una deficiente aplicación de la ley del profesora...

El trabajo valora una innovación con TIC en la práctica pre profesional en formación docente. Se organizaron seis instancias cuasi experimentales en las que formadores de didáctica con estudiantes, realizaron análisis y reflexión sobre unidades fílmicas 360°. Se llevaron adelante tres observaciones no participantes sobre dichas instancias, encuestas (n= 39), siete entrevistas semiestructuradas y estudio documental de seis producciones de los participantes (docentes y estudiantes). Estos, valoraron los dispositivos (unidades fílmicas) por constituir un ambiente de aprendizaje de bajo riesgo, propiciar la colaboración entre los estudiantes y adaptarse a sus tiempos disponibles. Los dispositivos generados constituyen una herramienta de aprendizaje que adquiere valor más por la intervención didáctica que se realiza con ellos, que po r sus características técnicas.

With the social outbreak in Chile in October 2019, a series of demonstrations and citizen mobilizations of different sectors of society began, which promoted various requests for social claims and demands. It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

In October 2019, in Chile, a series of protests and demonstrations took place, which promoted the constituent process in that country. As a result, the Constitutional Convention was formed, a body that, after a year of work, created a new constitutional text that will be voted on through a constitutional plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of this interview is to analyze and evaluate the most important aspects of the constitutional process.

The purpose of this descriptive research was to determine the level of burnout syndrome in early childhood education teachers Callao area, dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The sample was available 153 teachers formed public educational institutions of the initial level of Callao, the instrument used was the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) Maslach & Jackson 1981/1986). The emotional exhaustion scores were 73.9% in the low, 18.3% in the average and 7.8% in the high level, 83% in depersonalization is in the low, 10.5% in the middle and the 6.5% in high, low personal accomplishment in 11.1% level is low, at 28.1% on average and 60.8% in the high level. The teachers of Callao apparently have low levels of burnout.
