En este artículo, se presentan los resultados de la investigación sobre la influencia del clima organizacional en la estructuración del Plan Estratégico Institucional del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Privado Paulo Freire. El análisis de esta organización permite establecer la relación del clima organizacional, con respecto a la satisfacción de los actores de la institución, según las dimensiones de Litwin y Stringer, y el plan estratégico, con miras a mejorar sus procesos para lograr ser una institución acreditada y reconocida en el país.

El estudio tiene como propósito, dar a conocer a través de una detallada explicación los caminos que propone la norma específica para incorporar por primera vez un predio en un registro jurídico que en Perú es el Registro de Predios a cargo de Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP). Así, el trabajo consiste en dar a conocer, las formas y procedimientos que la Ley establece para la inscripción de predios con vocación urbana o rural mediante la primera inscripción de dominio que conduzca a la inmatriculación, señalaremos expresamente las vías y los presupuestos necesarios para lograrlo, es necesario recordar que en Perú la inscripción en el Registro de Predios es enteramente facultativa. El método de la presente investigación es el método cualitativo, analítico-dogmático.

This article seeks to reflect on the impact of the narrative on the experience of illness. This paper aims to analyze if the narrative can be a tool to better understand that experience, because the fact of telling one’s own story implies looking at and understanding oneself.. The article begins by linking the narrative with the first, second and third person perspectives in the context of the illness. I then analyze the relationship between narrative and illness, and how this link can favor the understanding of illness by creating a common discourse. After that, I evaluate the role played by the autobiographical story as a possibility of dialogue between author and reader. Finally, I reflect on empathy as a response to the encounter between subjectivities and its implications.

The purpose of this article is to determine the legal consequence of non-compliance with the protection measures issued in the framework of a process for acts of violence against members of a family group, since there is a normative juxtaposition between the crime of family violence and against women and the crime of resistance or disobedience to authority. El objetivo del presente estudio fue relacionar el nivel de proteínas según Proteínas Totales en Líquido Ascítico (PTLA), Concentración de albúmina en Líquido Ascítico (CAA), Índice de Proteínas Ascitis/Suero (IPAS), en líquido ascítico y la gradiente de albumina suero –ascitis (GASA), con el diagnóstico etiológico de ascitis. La presente investigación cuantitativa describe la relación entre la identidad profesional y las preferencias profesionales en una muestra de estudiantes (n = 31) de Educación de una universidad privada de Arequipa. Para ello se utilizaron dos instrumentos: (a) el Cuestionario de Identidad Profesional de Walter Arias, y (b) el Inventario de Preferencias Profesionales de José Luis Pereyra. Se encontró que el 62 % de estudiantes de la muestra tienen preferencia por la carrera de Educación, mientras que el 23 % no tiene definidas sus preferencias profesionales.
