Objetivo: Explicar acerca de la vulneración del principio de confianza en torno a la comisión de delitos de negligencia médica, en el Distrito Judicial de Lima, entre los años 2018 – 2020. Método: El tipo de investigación es de carácter aplicativa, descriptiva y explicativa, con un diseño correlacional y de tipo cualitativo-cuantitativo. La población y muestra se compuso con 50 casos emblemáticos emitidas por los medios de comunicación y las sentencias de las Sales Penales de Lima de los años 2018 y 2020 donde se aplicaron las responsabilidades penales y civiles a médicos y personal auxiliar por negligencia médica, y en torno a la aplicabilidad del principio de confianza. La investigación acción se realizó en la institución educativa Agropecuario N° 8 del distrito de San Jerónimo, provincia de Andahuaylas, región de Apurímac; Su aplicación se focaliza en el aula del quinto grado sección “B”. Tiene como propósito superar las deficiencias en la aplicación de estrategias didácticas que permitan elevar el nivel de aprendizajes mostrados por los estudiantes situados. La investigación presenta etapas y estrategias en la determinación de la problemática pedagógica enmarcados en actividades de conducción de los aprendizajes, sistematizadas en categorías y sub categorías, que me permitieron priorizar el más recurrente y plantear respuestas y acciones en pos de mejora y corrección oportuna. This article examines the development of digital fabrication in Peru, focusing on Lima Makers, the country’s first maker space. Through this case, the study explores the dynamics of socialization, collaborative identity, and innovation practices in a context where digital fabrication intersects with local artistic and technological culture. Utilizing the concepts of recursive publics, communities of practice, and infrastructuring, the analysis shows how Lima Makers fosters cohesion among its members and encourages creativity, while also facing challenges in forming active recursive publics involved in the governance of digital fabrication in Peru. Furthermore, the article argues that this local dynamic reflects a process of cultural appropriation and the creation of new technological identities in the global south.

En este documento se plasma la evaluación de la eficacia y seguridad del uso del producto farmacéutico omalizumab en niños y adolescentes con diagnóstico de asma alérgica severa no controlada; cuyos resultados sustentaron la aprobación del uso de esta tecnología sanitaria en EsSalud.
