La investigación de campo se basa en encuestas a 384 personas, observaciones y entrevistas. El resultado es un plan estratégico que concuerda con las premisas teóricas y confirma la hipótesis de que es viable invertir en desarrollar capacidades difíciles de imitar y una ventaja competitiva sostenible sin perder niveles adecuados de rentabilidad, liquidez y solvencia. Esto se comprueba mediante una evaluación económico-financiera con resultados positivos, donde el curso de acción con la estrategia propuesta genera más valor que sin ella.

It focuses on achieving a sustainable competitive advantage tailored to the specific characteristics of both the environment and the organization. Bibliographic research draws from institutional sources such as the BCRP, the SBS and Moody’s, as well as key theoretical contributions from authors including Michael Porter, Jay Barney, and Roger Martin. Field research involved surveys of 384 individuals, along with observations and interviews. The resulting strategic plan aligns with theoretical frameworks and supports the hypothesis that investing in the development of hard-to-imitate capabilities can yield a sustainable competitive advantage while maintaining adequate levels of profitability, liquidity, and solvency.
