El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el impacto de la estandarización de procesos en la productividad de la empresa Negociaciones Minera Chávez. Para la realización de este se determinó mediante un estudio previo que no contaban con instrumentos tales como fichas de control y seguimiento, fichas de procesos y diagramas de los mismos lo que generaba perdidas económicas en la empresa. Con la finalidad de realizar la estandarización se realizó un diagrama por cada proceso a estandarizar, fichas de procesos y fichas de control, cada uno de ellos con indicadores para evaluar el antes y después de la situación de la empresa. Obteniendo como resultados la reducción del tiempo de selección y envase en un 50%, incrementando un 75% la productividad de sacos por hora. Obteniendo los siguientes indicadores de rentabilidad: VAN = 98,453.60 soles, TIR = 141% y B/C = 3.65. |

For the realization of this was determined by a previous study that did not have instruments such as control and tracking cards, process cards and diagrams of them that generated sales in the company.
